The food at that place used to be excellent, but everything changed when they replaced their cooks. The original cooks prepared incredibly delicious tacos and tortas; however, once the new staff took over, the cooking became truly terrible. If the owner is reading this: bring back the old cooks! They were the ones who built your customer base. You saw the impact of firing them, as the food has never since been prepared with that same flavor—the very flavor that originally attracted your customers.
