Just tried the Korean kshack BBQ burger and kshack fried chicken sandwich. I got both on lettuce wraps. The burger was OK, a bit sweet due to the fact that I did not have a bun. The fried chicken sandwich good. The kimchi cut the sweetness.

Shake Shack is such a great addition to the Reston Town Center! The self check-out kiosks make ordering super quick and easy, and everything came out exactly how I wanted it. The burgers were absolutely delicious. They were fresh, juicy, and flavorful. On top of that, the staff is incredibly respectful and welcoming.

Shake Shack has always been the best comfort food for me. The one in Reston has a nice spot, easy access with lots of parking lots around. They have plenty of burger options but I like the simple way with lettuce and tomato, and my friend went way more classic than me and ordered double cheeseburger. Both satisfied. Good fries!

Shake Shack was okay but definitely overpriced. I got a Bacon Cheeseburger fries and large drink for $25. For that price I could have gone to The Capital Burger a block away for the same price. The food is tasty, but definitely left me feeling disappointed for the cost. I can’t imagine how this place is going to do any better than The Counter, which was in the exact same location. The combination of over priced fast food and shakes has been tried and failed here already. Only this place lacks a bar and sweet potatoes fries. I am sure I will get a bot reply like every other post.

Food was incredibly bland, save for being extremely salty. Wife and I were both fairly queasy after finishing our sandwiches. My burger had just a singular, small lettuce leaf. Comically overpriced too. Do yourself a favor and go to capital burger instead.

HAIR IN FOOD. I got pickup from shake shack in Reston at 1pm on Monday October 13. I had to wait on my food for over 15 minutes despite placing the order around 12pm. Regardless of that there was HAIR in my burger deep within and I didn’t even notice until I had eaten half of it. Customer support refunded the order but I have lost faith in the business and am worried I will be sick. Be careful eating here.

I generally am not a fan of Shake Shack as I find it to be incredibly overpriced however their shakes are always delicious and I was in the mood for a smash burger so I stopped in and bought a double patty Shackburger, a strawberry shake, and fries. The burger was exactly what I was craving, the strawberry shake was perfect, and the fries were good too (wish they had a smaller size for them tho).
And I really want to say that this is the best Shake Shack I’ve been to, the employees were kind, the restaurant was clean, and the trash cans weren’t overflowing like at Tyson’s. So if I am in the mood for a pricey smash burger or a really good shake again I’ll be coming to this location for them.
