Shake Shack is always a solid choice when I’m craving a great burger and some awesome vibes. The food is consistently delicious–juicy burgers, crispy fries, and that ShackSauce is just next-level. But what really sets this place apart is the staff. Every time I come in, the workers are super cool, laid-back, and genuinely friendly. They keep the place running smoothly, even during the lunch rush, and always manage to crack a smile or share a joke. It’s clear they love what they do, and it makes the experience that much better. My family and I had the pleasure of meeting the manager, Lance, and he was absolutely amazing. His customer service was truly stellar from start to finish. It was my husband’s birthday, and this was the place he chose to celebrate. Lance went out of his way to make it special and kindly offered him a milkshake, which meant more to us than he probably realizes. That thoughtful gesture really stood out.
And as always, the food never disappoints. We will definitely be back!

Called the restaurant to complain about the order my wife bring Man was so disrespectful en route offering me a gift card for one burger, which is the old order is wrong. My order was well done to giving me a roll meat lift me in the line more than 10 minutes and offering me a $10 gift card and she want me to call her back on Monday to remind her. What a trash customer service where is the owner on that losing all that money because he need to save some money and people professional with customer service and handling problems not like that lady I spoke with

I would even give negative rating if the option was available. Worst place to be. There is no sense for customer service. Firstly, I placed an order for veggie burger with gluten free bun and they forgot to give the bun. So I went and requested and after waiting for sometime I finally got it. And then I observed that there was bacon in the filling. I went ahead and showed them the receipt which clearly stated veggie burger. They showed lack of accountability and I did end up cancelling my order and went out. I will never recommend this place to anyone and I am never going there again.

I got their chicken sandwich with fries and a vanilla milkshake. It was all delicious and the service was amazing as I went with a big group of people. They were super accommodating and friendly.

Renee was at the front door when i walked in and offered to help me use the kiosk but since i requested military discount, she helped me at the register. She was friendly and very attentive. The manager stopped by to provide the discount. Food was a signature of shake shack absolutely delicious, fresh & quality. My granddaughters requested to eat here on 4th of July

We really enjoyed eating at Shake Shack in the Shops at Legacy in Plano! The hamburgers are a little small for me, but the perfect size for my wife.
Of course, the shakes are great and can be ordered with or without whipped creme. My wife says the chocolate milk shake had the strongest chocolate flavor she has every had!
We enjoy eating outside when the weather allows.
