Not only was my filet o fish ice cold, basically frozen still, I did not receive the extra cheese I paid for, or any cheese for that matter, and there was extra tartar sauce. I waited 20 minutes in line for this. The employees were rude and unfriendly. The guy on the speaker barked “what do you want” at me and sighed heavily the entire time I ordered. The lady at the window never said a single word to me, only standing there filling drinks silently while I waited. Did not even respond when I said “have a good night” I’ll never eat at this restaurant again and I’m reporting this entire incident to McDonald’s corporate because for these prices, we deserve better.

In the year 2012, I had gotten an apartment on 12th, and one day walked down the street to McDonald’s. I left to make sure that I would order lunch as soon as the transition from breakfast to lunch went on. I was the only one in the store and there were atleast 6 Latin employees standing behind the counter and the fry reach was already stacked packed, in two rows, by fours, with . I placed my order, which came up right away,( I guess the burgers were also already done somewhere). I think I dined in, everything was not hot, the definitely stale.
I came upon writing this review because I thought about McDonald’s when I woke up. I just put together at this moment that those fresh fries must have been the employee’s free lunch, which is why the ones I had paid for were stale. I apologize for what I did after because at the time I didn’t know that that was why. I’m so sorry to you. You poor things.
Anyway, what I need to apologize for, if every dis-service up to this point is a unionized political statement protest for that!

I got two monopoly items from the monopoly menu. Neither of them came with the stickers. I was super disappointed, so i asked a super nice employee if we could get our stickers. She went to the back and then said that the manager wouldn’t allow her to get us our stickers. I know that this might not sound like a big deal, but i legit only bought these items to get the stickers. Super dissapointing experience.

These people are genuinely stupid. They continued to repeat messing up our order. We went inside and waited for like 20 minutes for them to fix it. Just for us to drive home and realize they messed it up again. So we drove back and they gave us what we ordered while the (im assuming) manager loudly talked about us to her employee for us to hear but wouldnt say anything to us. Absurdly horrible service and I will be reporting. Thank you.

The worst service I have ever had ! I ordered through the app and waited and waited and never got my food , all I wanted was breakfast, i ordered through the app for breakfast but when I got there they told me I didn’t get my order because it was to late for breakfast even though I placed to order 20 minutes before breakfast was over and I was only 5 minutes away but because they were busy I didn’t get my food because I didnt say the code before 11? I am beyond done with McDonald’s they keep doing this to me every single time I try to use the application it never ever plays out well I never get the right food they always mess up my order it sucks so bad because I used to love McDonald’s I used to work for McDonald’s but now, McDonald’s just makes me very sad and very angry, it so distressing, this location is particularly horrible they didn’t even care they just said you dont get your coffee you don’t get your food and had me wait and wait just to tell me that and now I hope the money goes back on my card because you can’t cancel the order on the application this is terrible

This location is rediculous! They get my order wrong almost everytime and I wish that was a joke. The only reason I go to this one is because its closer than the Market place one.
They ask if you want sauce and never give it to you, you have to check and ask again. All my orders are always missing something, I can’t be the only person this happens to. Management needs to create a system where things can be checked.

I placed a mobile order at around 10:20 AM, well before the breakfast cutoff, expecting it to be ready upon arrival. But when I reached the drive-thru at 10:30 AM, I was told breakfast service had ended, and my order couldn’t be fulfilled. Despite paying in advance, I was informed that they only check for mobile orders at the window, leaving me without food and waiting for a refund that wouldn’t come until the end of the day.
The manager, Kat, who identifies as a cat, was unhelpful and dismissive, adding to the confusion and frustration. This left my family disappointed and highlights a broader issue with their mobile ordering system.
I wonder how many more negative reviews this manager, Kat, can accumulate—after all, cats only have nine lives!
I hope McDonald’s takes this feedback seriously and improves their service for everyone.
