I don’t usually review chain restaurants, but the staff at Shake Shack made such a wonderful impression that I had to share. They were incredibly nice, genuinely pleasant, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. My daughter has celiac disease, so we’re always a bit nervous about eating out, but the team here went above and beyond to ensure her gluten-free meal was safely prepared. The manager, kitchen staff, and cashiers were all so attentive—it honestly put us at ease.
The food was great, but the warmth and kindness of the staff really made our experience special. P.S. The Parmesan truffle fries? Absolutely fantastic!

Had the original shake burger the spicy fries with cheese and a banana pudding shake .
It was better than my assumption. Didn’t need salt or a sauce to make up for a bland burger . Will be back . Clean environment too . Which is a must.
The banana pudding shake didn’t taste like the dessert but was still really good .

I mean, it’s a good burger. I dont think there’s anything all that special though than anywhere else. I like dq just as much and at least that comes with fries so idk. It’s alright but will probably never get again. The shake I got too was not that great, they were out of whichever the original one I picked so I was stuck with some Christmas cookie one. It was so buttery, not what I was expecting or wanted. Service was good though and I like theu have plenty of seating and are never busy. And again, the burger was good, just not really worth going out if my way or the price for what you get

Fantastic Shake Shack! This place has a ton of parking, outdoor seating, spacious inside, and best of all they actually gave me the right order. They are the FIRST Shake Shack to properly make me a well done burger. Everything tasted great too! Worth a visit.

shake shacks overall have been disappointing lately but this one takes the cake probably. i’m not sure if it’s because they’re new or what. also, I think 1/4 times I came here someone actually spoke to you at the counter instead of ignore you and make you order on tablet. my food was right 2/4 times. hopefully they’re doing some things to make it better.

Food was really good but me and my dad didn’t like the fact that they decided to use some store bought potato rolls as burger buns. It would really nice if they were making their own buns. Apart from that, it was tasty. Will come again, especially to try their shakes

Great place! Had a fried bbq chicken sandwich with fried pickles and a smores milkshake. The sandwich was tangy and juicy with bacon, the fried pickles were hot and crispy, and the shake was thick, creamy, and chocolately! Guy behind the counter was very nice and knowledgeable about the menu, clean place, and our food came within 5 minutes.

This shake shack is the best one. The service is really amazing. I’ve been coming here for two + years and the staff is really consistent with their food quality and customer service. It’s always clean here and my food (for two) is always ready in 10-12 minutes, and always correct.
