Really annoying when you add notes to your delivery order and these workers can’t even get it right. I clearly asked for no pickles in my chicken sandwich and of course they don’t pay attention and add pickles. I am also missing an order of fries. I ordered TWO bacon cheese fries and one fries and they forget the fries order. They are $7 at that! Atleast for the price, give better service!!!!!!

Ordered off the website. Arrived, told them my name, and was told to wait. They never called my name. 15 minutes later, I again checked in, and was handed a bag of cold cheese fries and hot dog. No respect for my time, never going back.

A bit overpriced but it’s Shake Shack! The burger was good but the milk shake was the best. The burger bun was perfect. I ordered cookies and cream milkshake and it was the best. Came here on lunch time and it was pretty busy but managed to get a seat. Sit by the window cause the view outside was beautiful. My first time trying Shake Shake but did not disappoint.

I had a wonderful experience at shake shack in New Haven. The team moved fast to get all orders out. I ordered the double shack burger with bacon cheese fries and they were soo good. The burger was juicy still and the fries were extra crispy just like I asked. There was a minor hiccup with my shake but this lady Niyonna fixed everything for me. Letting me know that they were very sorry for the inconvenience and had them remake it to satisfy me and threw in a free shake voucher for my next order there. The hospitality was great and I will be back to order there again

The burgers and fries are awesome. Have not tried the drinks but fountain drinks are around $3. Milkshakes go for $5 which makes it slightly slightly less expensive compared to burger places around.
There are ordering stations and the staff are very efficient at getting your orders on time.

I ordered a hot dog and French fries. They took my order and were nice about my questions. Food was hot and fresh. I would recommend this fast food restaurant above the others within walking distance.

My family and I visited this restaurant for dinner, and while there were some positives, there were also some disappointments. Ordering at the kiosk was straightforward, but it was confusing not knowing that ordering at the register was an option. The staff seemed fine, although there was a minor mix-up with my order, which was initially prepared for dining in instead of to go.
The restaurant itself was clean, and I appreciated the ambiance, especially with the fuzzball table, couch, and fireplace. However, the food left something to be desired. The burgers were dry, overcooked, and overly salty, although the fries were enjoyable. I particularly liked their cheese sauce, which was one of the best fast-food cheese sauces I’ve had. Unfortunately, my friend’s daughter found the chicken nuggets to be just okay, though she also enjoyed the fries.
Overall, while the atmosphere was nice and some aspects of the food were good, the disappointments with the burgers and minor order mix-up make me uncertain about returning to this location.

Tried this for my first time recently while visiting the area and I’m not disappointed.
The shake was really good, the bacon cheese fries and the smoke stack burger were both delicious but the burger was super messy! Like fell apart on my plate and had to eat it with a fork kind of messy but what can you do…
The atmosphere was inviting and they even had a foosball table which is a win in my book. The views of Yale campus and courtyard from the table were pretty neat as well.
Make your way down to Florida shake shack and replace some of our sub par burger and shake joints

There was a person playing Foosball and swearing up and down! Making a fool of himself and not one of the staff cared to say anything to him?!? Dint know why. Everyone in the store was trying to eat their 9.00 burgers in peace.

This was a nice fast food experience. A very cordial young man took my order. I had a Smokeshack burger (double) , bacon cheese fries, and a vanilla milkshake. All told, 21 dollars and change. The fries were good, crunchy on the outside, tender inside. But I am not a fan of crinkle cut. The burger was very good, a crispy char on the outside, juicy and flavorful. The vanilla shake had a nice flavor and was nice and thick. Tough on street parking, and a little pricey, but I’m glad I gave it a try.
