Best Experience at Carrabba’s!
”We had an absolutely fantastic dinner at Carrabba’s Italian Grill! The food was incredible, but it was the staff that truly made the night special.
Our server, Jacob, was a total pro. He was incredibly attentive and made sure our drinks were never empty and our bread was warm. We also met the manager, Bruce, who was clearly committed to making sure every guest had a perfect experience. It’s obvious that Bruce leads a great team because the service was seamless from start to finish.
The food was 10/10:
The Entrées: The lasagna was rich and authentic, and the lobster ravioli was decadent and cooked to perfection.
Kid-Friendly: We were so impressed by the kid-friendly meals. It’s often hard to find a place that feels upscale but still caters so well to the little ones.
The Grand Finale: We couldn’t leave without dessert, and they were spectacular! Both the strawberry cheesecake and the ‘Ultimate’ chocolate cake were the perfect ending to the meal.
If you’re looking for great Italian food and world-class service, go see Jacob and Bruce. We will be back!”

One of our favorite places to go to for happy hour the food is plenty full and well priced. The drinks are delicious and reasonably priced. They should be a five star but employees hide their bags on the benches Where we sat. Not a great atmosphere when you want to get away from it all

My wife and I just wanted to go out for a dinner and a few drinks and head home. We decided on Carrabas and thought it will be a nice little date night. Our date night was SPECTACULAR with the service of Colton and the ambiance of the restaurant. Our server was very knowledgeable of the menu, recommended fantastic drinks, and was attentive enough to not be a bother but make sure we had a great experience. More than one manager asked how we were and the food was fantastic!! Would highly recommend to family and friends!! 10/10!!

The place was elegant and has great atmosphere. The food was delicious. We called a head to make a reservation since our party was little bigger. It was a weekend, but, they were able to have our table ready at arrival. The wine selection was okay, but, the price for this choice was little pricey.

Sunday-8/24/25- A very hot afternoon shopping and decided to enjoy some lunch at Carrabba’s! Love their Bar area! Very comfortable cushioned bar stools. A/c is perfect! Not too cold and the TV’s have sports on.. what more can you ask for.. Always a warm welcome and service with a smile!
Jacob was our Bartender extraordinaire and he was amazing! Helpful, personable and informative!
What a great relaxing lunch!
I ordered my Riesling with ice on the side.
I received the delicious bread – olive oil and my wine quickly. He is an extremely efficient professional! We had a nice conversation..
I’m trying to work my way through their menu so I ordered a delicious salad! The “Johnny Rocco Salad “ with Shrimp and extra Gorgonzola! OMG!
I enjoyed the delicious bread and olive oil dipping sauce.
Then the huge salad arrived! Wow! Definitely shareable! I couldn’t believe there were 8 large grilled shrimp! A great value!
Absolutely delicious! Jacob informed me about the $10. Special which was tempting but I was taking half the salad home and that would be enough for me.
To be honest- I don’t know how Carrabba’s does it but all of their team members have been extremely welcoming, friendly and professional! Smiling as though they are happy to be there and are enjoying their jobs! The lunch experience for an older widow is one I look forward to.. I appreciate the safe friendly atmosphere and the delicious food in a very clean friendly environment!
I haven’t been disappointed in anything I have ordered at this location in Royal Palm Beach!

Carrabba’s definitely is doing something right! All their Team members are hospitable, friendly and knowledgeable! Really! It’s always service with a smile!
I always sit at the Bar and today Colton was the Bartender extraordinaire! Great service from a professional! Smiling, attentive and respectful!
I ordered the sautéed spinach in olive oil and garlic and the Four Cheese and sausage stuffed mushrooms (I do think this time they forgot the Four Cheese but it was still delicious) So much flavor and so fresh and delicious. I combined them and they were so yummy!!
Piping hot and offered freshly grated cheese! Yes, please! I also ordered their house white wine which was very good – cold and crisp!
The restaurant has a warm and inviting vibe.
As a widow with challenges and a service dog – I feel comfortable eating alone. Which means a lot to me.I highly recommend!

A beautiful restaurant with a great bar area! Joe took great care of us at lunch time. He also took great care of so many tables of customers. He is truly a treasure! The food looked amazing! I had a quick glass of wine since I wasn’t driving.
Will definitely return when I have more time for a real lunch.

While this was my first time visiting here please see attached pictures where I kind of describe the meals. Stuffed mushrooms that we had with the lunch special were good, the Italian trio we both split for an entree was good except for the lasagna had an off taste that both of us couldn’t put our finger on whether it was the sauce or the cheese was bad or something but we did not end up finishing that. The Caesar salad that came with the lunch special had very large pieces of lettuce, you know the kind that don’t fit in your mouth and you have to basically chop up or rip up yourself. (For what did they charge for meals I don’t feel I should have to rip up my own salad).
We both had finished our waters and had them sitting at the end of the table with food on our plates still waiting to be eaten. The waitress came and asked if we wanted boxes and it was almost like she didn’t even notice that we had empty water glasses and didn’t offer to refill them until we asked. (Waitressing 101, do people have silverware, straw, water or something to drink, and condiments).
The bathroom left a little to be desired for being a classy place one of the stalls was closed with a paper sign on it and the very back bathroom was open, nice hooks for hanging things but the toilet pad disgusting tape on it that I can’t believe they didn’t even clean off since the other stall was closed.
We had a gift card also we were wanting to use but apparently you have to Go to a website and request a gift card for the restaurant you want since there was several listed, so we were not able to use our gift card either but I did get military discount.
Overall this place had pluses and minuses, I would eat here again but not somewhere I would regularly fancy.

We had an amazing dining experience at Carrabba’s Italian Grill. Our server, Jonathan M., went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He was attentive, professional, and very personable. The food was great and the service made it even better. Highly recommend when you go eat ask for Jonathan!

Apps here are great, more than enough to not need dinner. The wine and bourbon dinners are always fun and an enjoyable experience. The real reason we come is Stevie. He makes coming in feel more like going over to family for dinner. He is gracious, kind, funny and just an overall joy to see. The other staff are great also but Stevie seems to be above and beyond and I think that says more to just the person he is. We have never felt like it was put on merely for the job but he genuinely enjoys seeing people.
