I wasn’t super impressed. I got a lettuce wrap and the burger was super oily! I feel like they could do better o. The shake options. I have celiacs, and they did have gluten free options which is awesome at a burger joint. So they had that going for them. Great service too!

The avocado bacon burger was quite good but the price for the combo ($19) is outrageous. I hope that money is going to the employees and not shake shack. Bonus star for noticing my pupper and giving her a treat. that was charming. forgot the to add…The burger size seems tiny compared to my hand.

This is the third time the drive thru attendant has not bothered to change or remove their gloves after covering themselves in grease. My own card was handed back to me literally dripping wet.
I am not sure if the employees here are only allowed one pair of gloves per shift, or if they simply only hire people with zero common sense, but its legitimately disgusting. Why even wear gloves at that point? They are taking cash and dipping their fingers right back into your food.

You get two stars because the food is actually fairly good, even if it does cost thirty dollars for a single combo.

When we walked in we were greeted by courteous staff. They assisted us with placing our order. The food was ready in no time and they brought it to our table. It was Delicious, everything was fresh and really tasty. This restaurant location upholds the reputation of the shake shack chain.

The food was delicious. It’s definitely more of a premium feel to the food, and the price & portion size reflects that.

I enjoyed a double SmokeShack Burger with bacon cheese fries and a strawberry shake. Avocado Bacon Chicken Sandwich was also good.

Took my family of 6 and completely surprised by the cost. We spent over $105. Each person grabbed a burger and shake, and we only got two orders of fries.

Food is very good and wait time is minimal. The staff was not rude but kept to themselves in the kitchen and didn’t acknowledge us when coming in or leaving.

I personally would prefer Habit Burger but nothing wrong with this restaurant.

Food was delicious! We tried their new salted caramel shake and Carolina Barbeque burger, and they were both absolute hits. The shake was rich and creamy, with the perfect ratio of caramel mixed into it. The Carolina’s Pepper Jack and Fries pickles complimented the new BBQ sauce delightfully, but I still think the signature Shackburger is the best.

Service was great and fast. Hudson was super friendly and made sure to check in with us regularly and that we had everything we needed. A little pricey but not too bad.

1st time experiencing Shake Shack crazy as I unknowingly stumbled in on this locations grand opening. Was greeted with a fancy cup gift (thank you) and a bunch of smiles. I ordered a basic cheeseburger, cheese fries and drink which cost me $17 Price seemed excessive compared to other drive thru fast food type burger joints. Burger was basic small but tasted great with full flavor. Cheese fries we’re good crinkle cut smoothers in American cheese. What I enjoyed the most was they had Louisiana Hot Sauce packets Great way to spice up your burger and/or fries. The place was very clean brand new and all. Service was fantastic. Overall the food was decent and IMO overpriced. I suggest adding a combo meal instead of charging individually to make more affordable. But perhaps that’s why you never see a Shake Shack in the hood? Build locations in areas where pricing doesn’t matter.

I took my family of five here for dinner to try the new restaurant – we all really liked the food, but about choked on the price! I assumed this place would be comparable to Culver’s or In n Out – a higher end burger joint with tastier food than McDonald’s, but with shakes! I’m used to paying about $60 for my family at the other restaurants – my bill at Shake Shack was over $90! And we didn’t splurge – everyone got a burger, we split two fries, and everyone got a shake – AND we used BOGO coupons on our shakes, so technically we only paid for 3, not 5. It took all I had to hold back a tear of regret at the register!

Now for the food: it was mostly excellent and was cooked fresh and quickly. The order came out in about 5 minutes, but that was probably because we were the only ones in the restaurant on a Sunday (probably because the banks were closed, and most dads couldn’t stop to take out a loan to feed their family here). Burgers were all tasty and juicy, although a bit smaller than expected. I had the Hot Chicken, and it was tender and juicy – with a nice level of spice. My wife had the ‘Shroom Burger and she liked it well enough, but said it was greasy. The family downed the bacon cheese fries – they were a hit, although the toppings disappeared with the top layer of fries. The milkshakes were really good!! We had a strawberry, a triple chocolate brownie, and Oreo funnel cake – all were exquisite. They were real milkshakes made with milk as compared to most places that serve ice cream in a cup and call it a milkshake. My Oreo was too sweet for me – the sweetness almost overpowered the savory milkshake flavor – they must use a high sugar content ice cream. The only other frustration is that they only have one size, which looks to be around 16 oz. and contains a whopping 1,080 calories! My whole family ended up throwing away half their shakes – too much is just too much. A smaller option (and smaller price!) would be nice. For the record, my meal alone weighed in at a scale tipping 2,500 calories! Oof!

Being a new restaurant, the environment was clean and attractive. The service was top notch, and they even purposely opened the door for us as we approached to come in. However, if I’m going to spend almost $20 per person, I’m not going to be back for fast food – I’ll take my family to a much nicer sit down restaurant.
