I ordered a plate with one side and two entrees: broccoli beef and orange chicken. As you can see in the image, I got lots of broccoli, lots of chicken, and only two pieces of beef. While food tastes fine, When did Panda start being so stingy about their portions? It’s like going to a subway. What am I paying for? The employees barely put any protein on the plate. I had to ask the employee to give me more vegetables! This photo is what it looks like AFTER I had to ask for more food. I feel like I’m unwelcome. I go back no more. They keep this up, they’re going to lose business.

I ordered “PLATE” that is “Half and Half”(fried rice & noodle , Hot Orange Chicken(New) and Grilled Teriyaki Chicken.
The store is huge.
They served the food quickly.
Sometimes I suddenly get a craving for the noodle here.

Best Panda I’ve been too. Very friendly, and welcoming staff. I think the woman in the blue shirt is a manager – AMAZING. Fresh hot food for lunch rush. Fast service. and they gave out refresher samples! Clean bathrooms! Very happy

The restaurant was busy with customers, the order was fast and correct , the restaurant was clean, the food was okay but very salty, if anyone have high blood pressure should avoid this food, so salty especially the chow mein and chicken broccoli.

I ordered a plate for pickup and was really disappointed with what I received. I got chow mein as one of the sides, but the chow mein was mostly just onions with barely any noodles. It felt like they just threw in whatever was left. On top of that, the orange chicken portion was really small, and most of the pieces were tiny.
It honestly seems like you only get decent portions if you order in person. I wouldn’t have minded waiting a bit longer if they needed to make a fresh batch of chow mein or orange chicken—I’d rather wait than get mostly onions and scraps. I wish I checked the plate before I left so I could’ve at least asked for actual good portions.

The walnut shrimp, sweetfire chicken, and string bean chicken was good. But they ran out of teriyaki sauce and didn’t tell me until after I already checked out. If I had know there was no sauce I wouldn’t have ordered it. The cashier Mazher was more focused on trying to leave rather then check us out correctly and had an attitude when I went to ask about the sauce. I have been to this location before and have never had this many problems. I am kind of disappointed this time around. Everyone else was very nice and helpful.

I picked up food today and I didn’t open it up. I had an hour drive home and when I opened my food there was a dead fly in my food. It completely ruined my appetite and made me wonder if there were other flies in the food. Did not eat it, will not be eating panda for a very long time

They have changed many of the recipes and how the sauces are prepared and has made it unrecognizable as a brand! Panda used to have a very distinct taste that was delicious, but sadly corporate greed has made too many changes to the food that now makes it taste like cafeteria food or frozen food from the grocery store! I will not be returning unless I get a real big urge but I’ll likely remember how they changed and will pick another place instead! Staff here was very rude when I brought it to there attention and asked for a substitute, they did not apologize for the inconvenience it caused me to drive back and return the food because that’s how bad it was! Bye Panda it was nice knowing ya!

Food wasn’t ready had to wait 7 mins.. when the fresh food was ready my second plate had very little because of callins and pickups. Had to wait another 5 mins. In the mean time first plate was getting cold. Second plate was not very warm either. I ordered beijin and orange chicken. Crew must not know when dinner time is (I came in at 6:20pm didn’t get out till 6:39).
