I’ve never had such terrible Shake Shack burgers and chicken nuggets.
The ones I had in New York before were always delicious, but I don’t think I’ll come back to this location again.
The service was also very bad—my little daughter waited at the counter for 10 minutes just to get a fork, and not a single person was willing to help her! I’m really disappointed.

Very welcoming staff and a great first day!! It is so bright and welcoming on the inside and the food was delicious as usual- so great to have a shake shack up here!! Quick and efficient service from the staff, and attention to cleaning the dining room. Since it was busy, we waited a little bit for our food to come out, about 20 minutes. When it did, it was nice, hot, and fresh.
Only con I have is that Shake Shack prices are a little high. For two burgers, fries, two small sodas, and a shake, it came out to $41. The quality is really good, but I just wanted to mention the pricing for any new customers.

This was our first time at Shake Shack and, unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed. The burgers were okay, not bad, but not really good either. The bacon on the bacon cheeseburger was practically raw and the garlic parm French fries were cold, seasoned terribly and reminded me of cheap frozen fries from the supermarket.
I think we’ll stick with 5 Guys – much better burgers, delicious fries, and free drink refills. Plus, a human being takes actually your order!

This was my first time ever trying Shake Shack, and it’s a lot better than I expected it to be! The Mushroom Truffle Burger was DELICIOUS!!!! I made it a double, and it was very filling! I tasted the black truffles with every bite in my burger! Yummy! It was so flavorful! I would of rated Shake Shack 5 stars, but I felt their crinkled fries could of been better. They were good, but not amazing like their Mushroom Truffle Burger. I loved their cheese sauce they put on top of their fries. Next time I’ll try their shake. I recommend Shake Shack in Middletown!

Hamburger so salty as to be inedible. “Sauce” added nothing. Meat gristley Had to learn how to negotiate their software to pick my food and pay. Then the computer asked for a tip. Decor prison sheik. My ice cream soda ok but you’ll find me at Five Guys from now on.

I’ve been looking forward to the opening for months and have visited three times since the opening. I’ve had good experiences each time. Clean dining room, efficient service and yummy food. The burgers are very good, but on my most recent visit, I tried the avocado bacon chicken sandwich. It was the best chicken sandwich I’ve had in awhile, it was so flavorful! The chicken was so juicy. Only semi-complaint is that the fries are just ok, nothing special. I didn’t order any last time and just savored that beautiful chicken sammy. I’m not sure what others here complaining about pricing are talking about, it’s not the cheapest choice, but pretty standard for this day and age and for the quality you’re getting. Anyway, they have a regular customer in me going forward.

Shake Shack and Manager Joe Went Above and Beyond!
We had the best experience working with Shake Shack for our school dance! Manager Joe went above and beyond — he helped us figure out numerous details, made sure all the food was safe and delicious, and provided exactly what we needed to make 100 kids extremely happy. On top of that, he even added fun Shake Shack merch that the kids absolutely loved! The customer service was incredible from start to finish. We are so grateful for Joe’s support and can’t recommend this Shake Shack location enough!
