The staff at Shake Shack were very friendly and the restaurant itself was clean and welcoming, but unfortunately my experience was ruined by my meal. The food I received was undercooked, and after eating it, I became sick and ended up throwing up. I was really disappointed because everything else about the visit was great. I just hope this issue can be addressed so no one else has the same experience.

The burgers are still excellent at this burger chain. I would also like to highlight how friendly and attentive the staff are. The waitress spontaneously brought me napkins and ketchup when she noticed I hadn’t helped myself yet — a really nice and thoughtful touch.

Now the chicken shack fire but i can go to chic fil a and get same flavor for cheaper if you can dig that. Now the cheese fries you got to get them hot because I think that’s why I didn’t like them cheese might have been better if it was fresh and hot. I will never eat at this place because of price period yall enjoy all you want I’m good on it

This place is awesome and very quick. The food is delicious. The service was top notch, and I want to give a shout out to the restaurant manager Esme (I think I got her name correctly) she definitely made us feel welcome, she went more than beyond for us. Thank you again Esme.

Shake Shack has a great tasting burger—I got the double Shack Burger which was juicy, cheesy, and flavourful with a great amount of sauce. I also got the cheese crinkle fries, but I would suggest holding the cheese if you don’t like a cheesy acquired taste.
The service was really good and fast. All of the servers were friendly. There’s lots of seating inside and on the patio too.
