This location seems to run a little slower than other locations. I think they may have been understaffed today but it doesn’t matter! The staff were on point, very friendly and the food was perfect!!!! It was definitely worth the wait!!!

Standard Shake Shack store! Being a vegetarian, we got one shroom burger (all time favorite) and double veggie burger with side of shack sauce and crinkled fries. Wait time of 10 mins for a Saturday was not bad. Overall, a good burger option.

Just like any other shake shack, the food here is really good. The smash burgers are excellent. The prices are a bit on the high end for burgers but you get what you pay for. My only problem with this location is that there’s often a long wait and no real organization to how to get in line. The staff doesn’t seem to help either.

A $15 burger should at least taste good — not just be stuffed with melted cheese and served on a very disappointing bun. I was really unhappy with the quality. I ended up paying $30 for my meal and realized it wasn’t even close to being worth $15. I won’t be coming back to Shake Shack.

1. Computer didn’t capture the fact that they were out of most of the milkshakes and then they mocked the customers when they realized they could not get them. Why?
2. Burger was COLD hard cheese. That’s never happened in 6 years.
3. Rest of food fine.
4. Never this location again only the one on road down street.
5. Unprofessional and subpar burger makes this a BIG thumbs down.

I ordered a burger, fries, and a milk shake. I told the cashier i wanted a black and white milkshake they gave me cookies and cream. She replaced the milkshake with the correct one. the burgers are very small half of the burger was cooked and the other half was pink. I ate the half that was cooked until I noticed it was pink and I spoke to the staff and they told me that all the burgers are cooked this way unless you tell us otherwise. I was never asked how I wanted my burger cooked from the beginning and I’ve purchased from shake shack in many different places I never had a this problem. Here’s pictures of how it looked. I threw away the pink parts and I was so disappointed

I did my first mobile order because the line was tooo long. The app is pretty users friendly. I placed the order when i am about 5th in line and I got my order right around the same as I was cont to wait in line. So if you placed mobile order ahead of time, this could probably save you time.

Can never go wrong with Shake Shack. This was a large and easy to spot restaurant in the mall. Just as consistent anywhere I go which is awesome. Got the double shack burger and a cookies n cream milkshake. Both tasted as great as ever

This burger chain met my expectations for the burger and shake, but unfortunately fell short on everything else. The fries were just not super good, and I even tried the cheese fries which weren’t much better. The chicken nuggets aren’t amazing either. The burger and shake were top notch though, so I definitely recommend going just for that.
