Ordered online at 8:40. Got a notification order was ready at 8:50. Got to the location at 9:05…no front employees around, just one lady cooking chicken. Make line was filthy, floors dirty. Two employees appeared around 9:15 but I was told to hold on while she attended to some of the other waiting customers. When I was able to get her attention and showed her our order was ready at 8:50, was told they were out to taco shells and would it be okay to have soft tacos. Location was also out of rice per a sign on the door.
This location is half a mile from my house and we’ve been customers since it opened. It’s gotten progressively worse over the years. It’s by far the worst Chipotle I’ve personally experienced. I emailed the manager once but never heard back. We will never go here again.

The worst Chipotle I’ve ever seen. It’s always dirty, both behind the counter and the seating area. The food is old and crusty from being on the hot line too long and they’re usually out of something important, like rice. The staff couldn’t care less. They’re on their phones and have a bad attitude. It’s a shame because I live close by and eat at the Chipotle in uptown at least once a week. Whoever owns this is clearly checked out because it needs a serious overhaul.

Every time I come to this Chipotle it’s never clean. It’s 6:30PM and I’m the only customer in here yet every table is dirty, has napkins, or rice or a bag on it. They are out of burritos. The trash is overflowing and four employees are just standing at the cash register. Wonder if the manager just didn’t care. It would probably take 10 minutes to wipe all the tables down and take out the trash. Again. I’m the only customer here. And the food is cold this time. I’m pretty sure this will be last time at this Chipotle. It just seems to get worse every visit. Which is disappointing because so many other chipotle’s are actually fast, hot food and good service. Not this one.

Waste of time, drive the extra bit to a different location. Always an issue here. Today they wouldnt do burritos cause the press was broken. Last time they had a catering order so they turned me away. Another time “out of chicken for the day”. Has chipotle fallen off… overpriced slop bowl. Order from here regularly. Recently placed a to-go order. Came in, went straight to the shelf to grab my order. Had an employee pass me with a bad attitude. Realized I needed salad dressing, went to the register. A guy stayed on his phone while halfway acknowledging me standing there. There were no customers in line at the time. Little to say my order was sad quality wise. This place has went downhill over the past year.

The worst chipotle I have ever been to, and of course the closest to my house. I frequently get chipotle (maybe once a week) and every single time I come to this location I have a bad experience. They are ALWAYS out of something. Most recently, every time I go (which is at normal dinner time) they are out of either tortilla wraps or chips. Like what??? Today they were out of vinaigrette. I also walked up and no one was there. I waited multiple minutes when someone finally came up and she gave the biggest Sigh I have ever witnessed and didn’t even say hello just immediately said “we are out of tortillas.” Honestly not a shocker at this point. The workers are always goofing off and never are respectful. The chips are legitimately always stale. I have never had a fresh batch. And she fills my side of queso up barely half way. I go to this chipotle because it is convenient for me but I’m about to start driving to a different one because this place is awful.

Rating as a Doordash driver. Order was ready and staff were welcoming, friendly and professional. Also if you have the time and a bit of spare cash, donate to save the animals at the small table, outside to the left of the main door. Every time I go here, there is always food and trash on the counters, they’re always out of an ingredient, and have been out of soft drinks numerous times. This past week, they haven’t had small cup lids for a while and they gave me a small cup without a lid anyway. Hard shells for tacos are stale and broken, and I also got food poisoning. The place needs a good cleanup.

Unfortunately, False Advertisement on Google as well as on their Storefront.
This location is my preferred due to always clean in comparison to other locations.
A movie premier took place not far from the location and prior to letting others know, it stated “Closing Soon”
Arrived at 10:35 and Staff had door closed and ignored. I asked if they were open but unfortunately the staff was not friendly in response.
I understand retail as employees prepare to close when time approaches, however, this location is known for the late wants of a filling meal.
Sign in front should be removed if the location will not remain available for time advertised.

“Broom for Improvement”. Ordered at 8:00pm for an 8:10pm pickup; got my food at 8:18pm. The place was a disaster inside. Understaffed with a long line and there was a broom, debris and water on the floor. I know these chains are understaffed, but this level of service was far below what I expect from a Chipotle. The workers seemed completely overwhelmed, but I’ve certainly seen Chipotles that are far busier and operate much more efficiently. Also, this is not the first time that I’ve seen this level of service at this particular location.
