I’m sorry but I feel completely ripped off and got cold food in the process it cost me damn near $70. I’m so disappointed. The guy at the counter was very awesome and kind. But the food is cold and the portions seemed quite small for the money.

Took my husband and kid for their first time. I have been before but it never disappoints. I love all the fresh veggies on my burger and they just want the meat lol. So they got the double patty with bacon and shack sauce. We got fries to share which were crispy and hot as always. And my son tried the strawberry shake. We were practically the first people there that day, the restaurant was empty that early so we got our meal incredibly fast. And someone came to check on us right as we were finishing up. Overall, couldn’t ask for a better first experience for my guys. We will be back

The food was good!! I’m from Brooklyn, NY and it’s not my 1st time visiting Shake Shack, Highly Recommend the original Shack Burger and The Veggie Shack. Overall high quality gourmet burgers and shakes. I personally feel that the fries are overly priced. Restaurant could use some extra heat because it’s not cozy inside it’s always cold. Don’t sit by the doors by the time you eat your food it’s cold.

This was my first time here and then I came again for my clients birthday I wanted to treat him and let him get to experience the Shake Shack! Well he said he’s had better!!! I spent over $60!!! The new Dubai shake was a waist of $10! I should’ve taken him to a nicer restaurant! Yeah food came out quick but the cheese burgers were so sloppy and there wasn’t much on it but the cheese!!! The spicy cheesy fries were too spicy! And the Shake wasn’t worth the $10! I should’ve taken him to Applebees ♀️

Shake shack is one of the best fast food restaurants, and this new location doesn’t disappoint. Service was quick, staff was friendly, and burger was great. Highly recommend you dine in though, drive through looked like a nightmare. I’d also recommend using the kiosks to order. Apparently no one knows they exist, so everyone just waits in this massive line to order and doesn’t realize they could skip the entire line.

My friends and I tried Shake Shack for the first time while we were staying in Rochester.
The service was quick and all the employees were pleasant. We had placed three separate orders and two of them were missing items, but when we let the staff know, they rushed our replacement and apologized to us for the inconvenience.
Five stars is for Jeremiah and Emerson for taking care of us. They were great and made our first experience an awesome one! We will definitely be trying other Shake Shack locations.
