We weren’t greeted when we walked in. The touch screens were dirty and full of fingerprints. There were only about 3 other guests in there. They weren’t super busy. This was my first and last time eating here. My bill was $30 for a sandwich, fries, and shake. The fries were cold and it looked like they put an unmelted slice of cheese on them. I went to ask for them to be remade and the girl stood there looking at me like I was an alien or something after using the same dirty gloves from sweeping to remake my fries after not saying anything to me. The whole interaction was weird. The food was nasty. Just a terrible experience.

I visited today with my husband and we dined in. The place was clean, well-organized, and beautifully designed with both indoor and outdoor seating available. The staff were friendly and helpful.
We ordered:
• Veggie Shack
• Avocado Burger
• Cheese Fries
• Chocolate Shake
• Fountain Soda
Our total was $40.94.
The location is excellent, right on the main road at 116th St in Fishers.
I might try something different next time instead of the Avocado Burger—the avocado portion was too much for my taste and it wasn’t my favorite. However, my husband really enjoyed his meal.
Overall, I loved the experience and will definitely come back. Highly recommend giving it a try!

My wife and I finished our shopping at IKEA and were hungry for a quick bite. One of our adult kids had told us about Shake Shack. They were was close by so we decided to give it a try.
My wife and I shared a burger, cheese fries, and a strawberry lemonade. The food was as pretty good and the drink was delicious.
I was still a little hungry so I struck up a conversation with one of the employees and asked what milkshake he would recommend and he suggested the campfire s’mores. It was so good!
Overall it was a great experience. The staff, especially Kaito, were extra friendly, welcoming, helpful and made our visit fun!

Stopped at Shake Shack in Fishers and had a great experience. My burger was juicy, the cheese fries were crispy, and smothered in cheese, the cookies and cream shake was rich and creamy. The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was upbeat, and service was quick and friendly. Definitely a solid spot if you’re craving a good burger and shake.

Quindon (busser) was by far the nicest, most professional employee I’ve encountered in food service in a very long time. His energy was fantastic, and he was very prompt to clean tables! He made sure to tell every customer have a good night or something along those lines!

My experience at this branch is disappointing, I used to eat Shake Shack usually in Pittsburgh, I love how the Pattie’s tasty, crispy and crunchy with generous amount of salt and pepper, fresh lettuce and melted cheese .
What I’ve tried here is exactly the opposite specially their Pattie’s it’s not what I came for .
I liked their chicken pieces and chocolate shake though.
The staff were very friendly and polite, but on my way to restroom, I’ve notice one of the staff leaving without washing his hands . ♂️
Overall, I have a very mediocre experience over there.

1st time I have tried Shake Shack. I ordered on line to pick up and go and as soon as the message came through on my phone, I pulled up to get my order, then parked. Once I seen all the grease on the bottom of the bag, I knew I would have to eat right away. I ordered a lettuce wrap double cheese burger The burger was tasty and had great flavor. The bacon was 1/2 cooked and soggy, the lettuce was so greasy it was gross and had to be removed. Even the bag the sandwich was in was falling apart from all the grease. I understand the food needs to be hot, but to make lettuce burgers, you need to drain or figure out a way to get rid of some of the grease. Onion rings were good, but they were luke warm. I had a coke to drink, so a coke is a coke. I am not saying never, but you will not hear me telling people to go because the food is delicious! Simple fix..just drain the burgers a bit more if it’s ordered wrapped in lettuce

Every time I order Shake Shack I leave mildly disappointed. I usually order the chicken shack, which is pretty good, but today decided to try a shack burger. It was definitely higher quality than your average fast food burger, but that’s to be expected considering the price tag. The fries though are always such a let down. Times when we’ve ordered on door dash, we’ve gotten maybe 10 fries in the container, & as these are $5, that’s like .50 cents a fry for something that honestly is no better than a frozen French fry from the store. We’ve tried to get the cheese fries to see if that makes them remotely better, and once again leave disappointed as the cheese is also really lacking flavor. So today, I tried the new Parmesan fries with garlic aioli, and from someone who loves aioli, this was one of the worst I’ve had – wayyy too much lemon juice. So thankfully I had a side of shack sauce to dip them in, which also, just isn’t very flavorful. Lastly, their cookies & cream shake never misses, but today I tried the Christmas cookie shake & it once again lacked flavor and just tasted like a plain vanilla shake. This is a place I’ll only really consider if I’ve got a free sandwich coupon, which thankfully I had today. It’s absolutely not worth the full price.

$23 for a standard burger, fried and a shake. Everything a la carte which is odd for a burger joint as well as no drive thru. Burger has ZERO flavor and is beyond greasy. Fries have an oceans worth of salt on them & the cheese is bland with no flavor. Shake was just ok, nothing special. The prices of this place are insane for the low quality food being produced. If youre a real foodie, you know this is mid. This was my first time here and highly doubt I’ll return.

I pre-ordered my food, It was a little hard at first but I made it through. I had an avocado burger with bacon. It was very tasty ( I love avocados) the cheese fries were good. I adored how the fries came with a wooden fork type utensil. No mess on your hands. and the shake was good also. I would definitely go back for the wonderful avocado burger and I recommend it to everyone!
