First of all, they took 20 minutes to bring out my small order with 2 employees standing and talking. And the other sitting on their phone, DO NOT COME TO THIS MCDONALDS. The inside was insanely disgusting with trash all over the floor and tables. This McDonald’s has to be the worst in the valley

I think this location could benefit from better staff training. We asked for the price of a simple item, and the employee wasn’t sure and had to ask the manager. Please make sure your team is confident and knows how to look up prices. It would really improve the customer experience. I thank Ryan for making my service better. McDonald’s needs more like RYAN!

Ordered a Big Mac and no burger patties were on it at all. Also said no lettuce and they put lettuce on it. This will be the last time I visit this location. It’s gone down hill the last few months. I will be taking my business elsewhere so disappointed and I’m patient and don’t mind waiting either but it was just a slap in the face after 15 minute wait to get a Big Mac with no meat on it.

The drive thru is extremely slow, and I got the wrong order today after the lady at the second window verified my order with me before handing it over.
Also, the heavy amount sauce condiments on the burgers is extreme. I don’t need my burger and wrapper full of ketchup, and since my order was the wrong order today, the burgers and wrapper were covered in Mac Sauce and ketchup.
The only good thing from my order was a large fry, instead of the medium one that should have been in my order.

This burger is supposed to be a Double Quarter Pounder Deluxe I have never seen something thrown together so sloppy in my life!!!when you open the box to try and eat your burger and there’s more mayonnaise in the box then in the burger this is uncalled for and ridiculous. This place needs better training if I was a manager there’s no way I would let food leave my restaurant looking like this. Who wants to eat something that looks like this. This is why I hate going to McDonald’s I do like their food but I can’t stand the sloppiness that you get.

My hot and spicy smells sour and I had to spit it out. It’s seriously concerning. Also the Nuggets were tough. And all my burgers were smashed and did not taste fresh

Horrible, my sundae fudge came barley even filled. I could stand that but my husband Brian found an eyelash in his Oreo McFlurry. This has happened on several times.
