Shake Shack serves up the best burger in Utah, hands down. The patties are incredibly juicy and flavorful, cooked to perfection with just the right amount of char, and the buns are soft, buttery, and hold everything together without getting soggy. It’s a perfect balance of texture and taste in every bite, and it’s clear they take real care in the ingredients and preparation.
The crinkle-cut fries are crispy, golden, and seriously addictive: great on their own or dipped in ShackSauce. We also tried the lemonade, which was fine but didn’t really stand out compared to how incredible everything else was. Still, the overall experience was top-tier.

Blanks, go to Hades through the overt and brash seduction in the form of promotional emails from the Shake Shack, not necessarily geo -tagged to the Fashion Place Mall. You opened that email voluntarily, subconsciously searching for a digital dopamine hit. You feel victimized as you walk through those doors, but for about 20 minutes you find pleasure and presence that makes you wonder if it’s a sin. I think it’s okay, if you showed a sliver of restraint and the progressive folks greeting there don’t know your name, at least until you’ve placed your order. You can skip the melatonin tonight and feel clean. Sleeping through the night is gamble, but the odds are stacked in your favor.

I was kind of stand offish with ordering at shake shack because of the prices, but you honestly get what you pay for. The beef patties was so fresh and rich and the toasted bun was very high quality. As for the korean chicken sandwich it was made with a delicious korean battered chicken thigh. Very well seasoned and with the fresh slaw, pure heaven.I wish I had photos of my food but it was so good I completely forgot to take them! There was a small mistake that happened with my order, but Nathan made it right. He is a very nice guy as well as the rest of the staff. We need to give my boy Nathan a raise because positive kind people in the food industry are so so rare now days. Over all the atmosphere, food and service were all outstanding. I will definitely be coming back the next time I crave a burger, chicken sandwich, or simply want a positive dining experience.

A melty delicious burger and seasoned fries! Just perfect! Fresh, tasty and excellent quality. Employee brought food out, brought sauces and checked in a few times to see what we needed. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because table wasn’t clean for us. Not a deal breaker, but would have been the icing on the cake for a perfect experience.

I don’t normally post reviews but the staff here on a Saturday night was so kind. It’s rare to see that these days and it was very appreciated. They were nice to our kids, checked in on us, helped us out, and brought our food out quickly. The restaurant was also clean. To whoever owns this chain, your staff rocks. Please recognize them!

I really enjoy the food here and the atmosphere. The staff are friendly. Never had a bad experience. There’s a patio area outside if you have a dog. They do serve basically a pup cup but I think the name is called something else. I love it here.

Shake shack was just amazing. Service was good atmosphere wonderful. Quick easy access to ordering. I wish it was a little more personable. You just walk up to a tablet rather than a person so there’s no way to get recommendations.
Oddly, the day before I was in Los Angeles and I had a wahlburger.. both very good.. the better Burger was the wahlburger mainly because of the bun and the shredded lettuce.. the shake shack burger had a big leaf lettuce and the bun was mediocre.
When I am in salt lake I will most definitely eat here!

Had amazing inexperience I had got in an Oreo cookie shake in an order of onion rings and I’d have to say that they’re probably in the best onion rings that I have ever tasted in my life. No cap one milkshake was delicious. The environment was okay. A little crowded for me but for the most part the service was amazing definitely would have to rate it like a 9 out of 10
