I have begun coming here more often recently and can confidently say this is some of the best eating in Loganville. The staff are extremely polite, the food is amazing and delivered quickly, and the ambience is peaceful. I can personally recommend the Bambaso.

Regarding Management Failures, Service Inconsistency, and Food Safety Concerns

I am writing to formally raise serious concerns regarding ongoing operational, service, and management issues at this restaurant. While I have attempted to be patient and non-confrontational during prior visits, the persistence of these problems—and their verification through widespread public feedback—compels me to escalate this matter to corporate leadership.

Service quality is inconsistent and unreliable. Certain servers provide acceptable service, while others do not. In particular, the bar server creates an unwelcoming environment that negatively impacts the overall guest experience. On one occasion, I stopped by solely to pick up a to-go order, tipped appropriately, and chose not to complain in person despite noticeable issues. I simply tolerated the situation and left. However, these unresolved problems continue to be bothersome and recurring.

Food quality is equally inconsistent. While a small number of meals were prepared correctly, there were multiple instances where basic health department standards were not followed. These lapses were significant enough that items had to be returned and remade for our table. This is unacceptable and raises legitimate concerns about training, oversight, and food safety.

Management at this location is ineffective. There is a clear lack of leadership, accountability, and quality control. These deficiencies are not isolated incidents. In reviewing recent public feedback, I observed over a dozen negative reviews posted within the last ten days alone, all describing experiences consistent with what I am reporting here. Additionally, there are multiple Facebook group discussions—three separate posts with over a thousand combined comments—detailing similar complaints regarding service failures, food quality, and management issues at this restaurant.

Taken collectively, this volume of recent, independent feedback confirms a pattern rather than isolated dissatisfaction.

At this time, I rate this establishment one star out of five. If these issues are not addressed promptly and decisively, I am prepared to discontinue patronage entirely and actively discourage others from dining here. I am also prepared to share my experience publicly through reviews, consumer forums, and social media platforms, as well as participate in or support a broader boycott effort, should conditions remain unchanged.

I expect this matter to be reviewed by corporate or regional leadership and request a substantive response outlining corrective actions being taken to address management performance, service consistency, food safety compliance, and overall operational standards.

La Bamba Mexican Restaurant has become our weekly spot, and for good reason.

The food is consistently delicious, with great flavors and generous portions. The bomba nachos are always a favorite, especially when you add peppers and onions.

The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is always welcoming. If you’re looking for a place to enjoy a satisfying meal, this is definitely it. Highly recommended!

I ordered two chicken taco on corn shell with sour cream cilantro lettuce and cheese.I received chicken taco Its on a hard shell. Cheese on one but no cilantro or sour cream i didnt ask for tomatoes but they gave them to me. Tacos dry. Beans and rice good. I wont be returning there. Thank you anyways

The place is bright and colorful and our server was great BUT the food especially the tacos were SO greasy that after we each ate one we both felt nausea from the grease. Don’t think they drain the beef at all. My taco drained over my enchilada so it was swimming in grease and looked very unappetizing so I left it too. It was a Friday night and the place was pretty packed but we won’t be going back.

Customer service was excellent from the host to our waitress. We were seated quickly and got out food very quickly. The food was fresh, tasted great and we were both satisfied with our meals. My hubby had the taco salad and I had the enchiladas suprema. Omg so good. We also had queso and salsa which were great as well.

Today was my last time here. Something has changed and it is just not good anymore (to me). Not sure what you guys have done.. management change? Cooks? Food source… not sure but the last few times I have been here, entrees ordered have been hit or miss. The bamba dip changed a little while back, I stopped ordering it. The shrimp for the quesadilla never have a sear on them & the dish has become very bland & mid. Beef in tacos is prepared differently. Again not sure what happened, but not very good anymore.
