The experience in the atmosphere were okay. The food was good. The fries were great and I like the little wooden skewer. They give you to eat the cheesy fries with that’s smart and that’s good. The tiramisu milkshake that’s also really good because I actually put real lady fingers in there as well. Really well done. The pomegranate sweet basil lemonade was fantastic and really good. Highly recommend.

The Korean burger that I got was okay. The Patty was cooked well. Wish there would have been a little bit more of a crisp or a char on the smashburger but it was cooked okay. The overall flavor of the burger was okay but a little mild for A Korean inspired Burger. It really just had a very mild flavor and I was expecting much more.

The Korean chicken sandwich had a good flavor and the slaw was good on it. Overall. Probably better flavor experience than the burger. However, since it was fried chicken I expected it to be at least a little crispy but it wasn’t crispy at all so there was just a little bit more lacking.

Overall it was an okay experience. I don’t think it was worth the money. At least not for like the burger and the chicken sandwich, the fries, the shake and the drink. Those were great. Those I’d say are worth the money. The actual burger and chicken sandwich I I don’t think are worth the money but the shake the drink and the fries I think so

Had an amazing experience at Shake Shack. incredible food and top-notch service from start to finish. The Signature Shack Burger and fries were perfectly seasoned and hot, and the milkshake was a dream.

Shoutout to Elijah—what a gem. He went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of and left with a smile.

Highly recommend Shack Shake for great vibes, delicious food, and standout service.

Somewhat pricey, but some incredible burgers!
I ordered the Smokeshack, though with how picky I am I had to pick off the peppers, since I forgot to customize it at the kiosk.
Faster than fast food, and a hell of a lot better, just for a few bucks more!

I absolutely fell in love with Shake Shack in Pittsburgh! I was traveling there for work and in search of a place that had good burgers for lunch. I’m not really a burger person but I had a taste for one the “first” day. I enjoyed it so much, that I wanted it every day for the duration of my stay! The lettuce wrapped burgers and spicy cheese fries were my go to’s. I also chose the pomegranate and basil signature sip with mango which was just as good as the food! If you’re thinking about giving it a try, I highly recommend it because you definitely won’t be disappointed.

They make pretty good smash burgers, with perfectly seared, crispy edges that add a delightful crunch to every bite. The juicy, flavorful patties are complemented by fresh toppings like crisp lettuce, ripe tomatoes, and tangy pickles, all nestled in a soft, toasted bun. Their secret sauce brings the flavors together with a perfect balance of creamy and zesty notes. Each burger is crafted with care, ensuring a consistent and satisfying experience every time. Whether you’re a burger enthusiast or just craving a hearty meal, their smash burgers are sure to hit the spot.

Brand New: Opening Day 12/4/25

First time in this food chain or any location. It was very welcoming coming in and was provided great customer service while placing an order, waiting for food to be brought to the table and after eating the staff even came around to provide napkins and take away my food tray. The food was absolutely amazing!

Definitely coming back.

18 min from order to service. This location is likely working out some kinks, but I’m not encouraged. Was looking forward to its opening forever, but underwhelmed now that it’s here. Slow, expensive and average are not a recipe for success. Hopefully they right the ship.
