I’m visiting from Montreal, Canada, and while this isn’t my first time at Shake Shack, I wanted to take a moment to highlight an exceptional experience I had at your Washington Street location.
I ordered the Korean chicken bites, which personally weren’t my favorite. I politely asked if it would be possible to swap the order for a regular ShackBurger instead, and Christian, the General Manager, kindly accepted my request without any hesitation.
The service was truly outstanding—professional, understanding, and customer-focused. Moments like this really make a difference and reinforce why Shake Shack stands out as a brand.
Thank you to Christian and the entire team for the wonderful service. I’ll definitely be coming back.

It’s a surprisingly good burger for a fast food chain honestly! Patty was nice and crispy, bun was soft and warm and the salad was fresh and crisp. Lemonade was a good choice to wash it down with. Easy to order on the mobile screens and they call out your takeaway order or deliver it to your table number, plenty of seating available.

It is among top 5 burgers I have ever had, with the single patty it is small though. Very delicious and juicy burger. The fries are better portion but the spice on it could have been more equally spread. Ordering at the kiosk is practical and they have table service. The recommended tip is set as default on 10%, that’s more than fair. Serving was fast and enough seating available even in rush hours.

This shake shack does live up to its expectations except for one thing but they rectify it. The crinkle fries are extremely salty but they replace it and it’s hot crispy and tasty. The double burger ideas are real smashed burger. The burger is excellent, soft, hot, crunchy, tasty. It’s even better than the Guy Burgers (Guy Fieri).
This location on Washington Street is very convenient. It’s close to a lot of stores. The restaurant uses big and clean.

First of all, for a fast food restraunt, the burgers were so nice and the crinkle chips were salted nicely (not too much or too little). The burger was very meaty and had lots of fillings. The wait was very long, at around 30 minutes, which is very long for a fast food place. It was very loud and the service seemed rushed. It is conveniently located in the centre of Boston as well.
