It’s ok to eat if you don’t want to spend too much money. Food took ages to be delivered, tables weren’t clean and staff did not interact with anyone at all. They have the best milkshake in town tho.

My husband and I visited Shake Shack this past Monday when the weather was less than stellar. Upon entry, we were greeted. The person taking our order was courteous and polite and extremely helpful while we ordered since it was our first visit. There was an all female crew working that day, which was surprising. All were kind and courteous and attended to all our needs. Later we found out the woman behind the cash register was the GM. There weren’t many people inside the restaurant due to the poor weather conditions and we were pleasantly surprised that the employees thought enough of us the come out and hold a conversation with us. The food was hot, fresh, and tasted excellent. We received great customer service and they thank us for coming in as we left. We will definitely return soon!

The food was very good. The place was very unclean. I despise the new person less interaction. No greeting, no person to take your order, deal completely with a computer then it still asks for a tip and you have to opt out not in as it actually is charged if you don’t push no tip. You pick up your order at a window and bus you own table and then you can’t use the restroom because its not for public use, not even for customers. 1 and done.

First time at Shake Shack, and what a treat! Greeted by a friendly, helpful young man that made the whole visit feel relaxed. I had a simple burger, but it was delicious, each bite took me back to when I was 18, tasting a perfectly grilled burger for the first time. A simple meal, yet unexpectedly nostalgic and satisfying.

Ordered Cheese Fries and a shake on lunch. Got it… took a bite, had weird hard crap… I thought hmmm, that’s weird.. took another bite.. hard unchewable bone or eggshell or plastic… idk… looked in fries and white bone/plastic bits throughout the entire thing…. and for $7 fries… absolutely not.

I was gifted a Visa gift card and wanted to treat my team to a meal. The gift card was giving me trouble at the kiosk, but the cashier up front was incredibly patient and helpful with my large order. I’m so sorry I didn’t catch her name—she kept reassuring me not to apologize and said it was what she was there for. When I picked up the order, she even double-checked that I had everything. Her kindness truly stood out and is a big reason I’ll be back.

Stopped in for lunch with my kids and grandson. The atmosphere was was bright, cozy, and clean. The lady who greeted us was very accommodating, getting my toddler aged grandson crayons and paper for keeping him busy while we ordered our food. The service was quick and the food was delicious! Placed an order on line. Arrived at location to pick up order in window, saw 3 bags sitting on counter the lady stated after only looking at ONE of the bags my order was not ready yet. I sat down for 10 mins came BACK to the counter asked about my order again STILL Nothing. I stood there for an Additional 5 MORE minutes. Was asked by a different lady my order name and My order was actually the 3rd large sealed bag I had been looking at from the beginning sitting on the counter by the cooks. So I politely Thanked the Lady for my order and took my Cold Burger and left! This place is WAY TOO Small for the amount of traffic they have and the people serving up the orders don’t make the company look any better. The gentle with the glasses and beard was The Most Professional, Pleasant, Helpful, Kind, Organized worker in the Entire facility. Thank you Sir, He also asked about my order and was told there was Nothing when it was sitting there the entire time. I believe he even inquired with the cooks but, the lady withe the curly hair and glasses was giving him a Death Stare so I don’t think he wanted to Step on anyone’s toes. He was Great ! I think I’m done ordering from this location even though it’s a short drive for my lunch break. The inconsideration is too much !

Too expensive for bland food. Customers put their order in, seat themselves, wait for their food to be brought to the table. The front staff was pleasant but the lady behind the kitchen counter would yell rude comments to the front staff to get to work. However, in their defense there was no food to serve since the kitchen was backed up. Since we were sitting by the window we could hear all of her negative comments towards the staff. So did the people waiting for their pick up orders to be made. Also, I asked a nice young man for a box and the same woman from kitchen wouldn’t let him give me a to go box. Instead she came out of the kitchen to see what we needed boxed and then brought us a box. It was weird. Also, you had to ask for a code to use the bathroom because there is a lock box on it. Between the bland overpriced food and the uncomfortable management I will find another place to eat.

Burgers are always good A little pricey as everything is individually priced and not as a meal. It’s worth it though. Night two burgers, fries, and shakes for about a good $45. This location is in Country Club in KCMO by all shopping stores, great spot to grab a bite to eat quickly.
Burgers are made well done, every sauce created is awesome. Last visit was currently some kind of Black Truffle Parmesan sauce. Amazing! Last visit before that was a Korean BBQ sauce. That was amazing too! Shakes are really sweet, too!
