I got the smoke shack burger. Wow delicious! Other in my party got burgers as well and they were impressed with the flavor. I was told portion size was small and to make sure I ordered the double patty. I didn’t and regretted it. Top 10 on delicious but portion size was lacking.

After waiting 30 minutes for our food, it ended up not fully hot and fresh though it wasn’t old and stale. Then my large drink had been filled to the top with ice making so the small drink that we ordered had more drink than the large. This is a terrible experience and do not plan on coming back anytime soon.

Pretty good! Not the best food ever but it’s not meant to be I don’t think. But it’s iconic and I like that they push the boundaries with some of the limited time items.
Went for lunch on a Thursday and despite everyone’s best efforts in the kitchen, it was just a crazy lunch hour and it was a long wait for a food. We were able to grab a table and wait for a text though.

This brand new location has all you would expect from Shake Shack. They just opened and, it being a food court, it sees a lot of traffic, so they were pretty slammed, but handled the rush pretty well. I did have to wait on my food, but not too long and it was great. I like that it’s basically the first thing as you come in the main entrance to the food court area and my three stars for atmosphere is mostly just because as you’re waiting for your food there isn’t really a good place to stand without being in the way. At less busy times, I’m sure this won’t be an issue.

Paid $17 for a burger and onion rings, waited over 20 minutes for my food to come out. Watched it sit at the service counter for about 5-10 minutes before it was finally set on the pickup counter for me. Then I was left with a soggy burger with a cold bun. Next time I’ll be skipping this place to support the local restaurant, in the same food court, ‘Red Iguana’ which has far superior food, prices, and service!

My wife had the regular burger. She thought it was OK but not the best burger she’s had. The fries were OK. I got the smoked burger and it was pretty excellent. I added avocado, but couldn’t taste it. The fried pickles are ok, but I wouldn’t order them again. I had to wait 10 minutes for my order, but there were no lines.

Definitely the best shake shack I’ve had, but still a mediocre burger overall. Fries were crispy but a bit bland and meh.
I’ve been hesitant to try this location since every other time I’ve had shack shake its been disappointing. If they have another bogo we might consider it again.

Went here for lunch today. They do not have combos, so you have to order everything separately. I got a single bacon cheese burger, an order of fries (only one size) and a small coke. It was a little over $17 for my meal. The fries were crinkle cut… they were good and crispy. The burger was really small, it tasted just fine. I was 2 bites in before I realized there was no bacon. Because of the size I didn’t bother to tell them because it was almost half gone. No joke it was almost a kids meal. Overall it was good but because of the price and the portion size, I will not be back. I cannot justify it.
