I don’t mind paying for a good meal, but dropping $51 at this place was a complete waste of hard-earned money. For that price, my group and I expected to be full; instead, we left frustrated and still hungry. The portion sizes are an absolute joke and provide zero value for the price point.
Here is the breakdown of this disaster:
The Food: We ordered two mushroom burgers that were remarkably below average—bland, dry, and definitely not worth the premium. The two orders of fries and two orders of onion rings were tiny and underwhelming.
The Drinks: My caramel milkshake and lemonade were basic at best, but the real kicker was the leaking cup that ended up making a mess of everything.
The Service & Atmosphere: We waited 15 minutes for a “fast” food order while the restaurant sat in disarray. The condiment station was a wreck; the cups were empty and scattered everywhere rather than being stacked and ready for use.
It is rare to spend over $50 on a casual lunch and feel like you were cheated, but this place managed to do it. The quality is low, the wait is long, and the portions are stingy.
Do not waste your money here. There are plenty of other spots that actually value their customers. You’ve been warned.

The burgers are very small for the price paid. Comparable to the size of a happy meal burger but the cost is $12 for a burger. Fries are separate ranging from $4-$7. Drinks are $4. Would have liked to see some combo options. Their burgers tasted pretty good. Spicy fries are truly spicy! Liked that one of the employees got us a refill while we sat at the table. That’s why I gave a 5 star service.

First time at this new location. A little different feeling than the Domain one as it felt louder. Maybe since there are less plants and decorations to soak up the screaming kid noise. They have “smash” style burgers which are not my favorite type, but these are pretty good. Fries were better than expected and the service was outstanding. You don’t get to get your own drink, but they will refill it for you.

service was amazing, although when I had got my burger I had noticed a small piece of fuzz on it. I brushed it off and ate the burger thinking it was probably from me. I had also gotten a grilled cheese. The cheese wasn’t even melted. To the point where a square of cheese slide right off the bread. usually not a big deal messing up orders I totally get the stress of fast food , but I paid 30$ for some food that dairy queen could’ve made for cheaper, and better quality.

Her work ethic is truly unbelievable — she’s extremely well-mannered, professional, and genuinely friendly. She goes above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome, and honestly, she made my experience 10 times better than the food I originally came for.

First turn the heat on. The place is freezing. Maybe not in the kitchen but in the dinning room it’s freezing.
The hamburgers are very good.
They do not accept cash. I hate those places. Ordering is by kiosks so when it’s busy it’s really a pain. There are only 4 stations and no one takes orders.
The French fries are crinkle cut and I am not a fan but they are nice and crisp and the one I tasted was good.
I absolutely do not like spending 10.00 for a small burger and have to squeeze mustard out of a messy packet. Why this is a good idea I just don’t get.
They will bring you a refill on your drink.
It feels like it’s mainly a business for take out even though the dinning room is nice but freezing

I was not impressed with the cost for what you got here. For two single patty meals with shakes, the total was $40. The food & shakes were good, but there was nothing spectacular about either item to warrant such extravagant prices. I doubt I will visit again, especially when P.Terry’s or In-N-Out Burgers are much cheaper with similar quality.

This is the cleanest fast food restaurant I have been to in the area. Paul was exceptionally helpful and made our experience smooth and eased our first time anxiety. The food had a clean taste, not chemical.
We will be coming back. The price was a bit more expensive than typical fast food places, but quality is worth it.
