It was good, it was my first time and I got a single, should have ordered a double. My burger was tasty. For the cheese fries I think they should do fries then cheese then fries then top it off with cheese, that would be a nice differentiator. Putting all the cheese on top leaves the fries on the bottom jealous.

This was our first experience with Shake Shack. We will not be returning. Burger was dry. The chicken sandwich was VERY greasy. I had a hard time eating it because I tasted the oil waaaay too much. The cheese on the fries tasted processed. NOT good at all. The half-and-half lemonade with passion.Fruit did not taste anything like it should.
The vanilla and chocolate mix frozen custard was good.
Overall your money was not worth it.

The burgers are well-crafted and visually appealing. It was juicy and had fresh ingredients. While the fries were okay, I prefer a crisper style, so I probably won’t order them again. However, their shakes are delicious and indulgent. The restaurant also has ample seating to accommodate crowds.

Well we went here after having some great pizza next door. Decided to forgo dessert there to go to the Shack. Shake is missing from the name because they were all out of shakes. It’s not posted anywhere… How does the SHAKE Shack out of shakes and on a Friday going into the weekend. Well I learned a lesson and that’s get the dessert elsewhere. If you want a burger they might have it?

As a visitor from different state, on a busy work day, I am very happy to find Hand Spun Frozen Custard on such a warm day (90+°F) I got Classic Shakes, burgers, and fries. Overall: we love milkshakes and the burgers we ordered. Price is reasonable with the amount of food we got.

I never had Shake Shack before and it blew my mind lol. Got the Shack Stack and was so good didn’t need ketchup which is amazing for me. The parm/truffle fries are ridiculously good.. perfect crisp outside and soft inside.. Plus the shake is so creamy and delicious.. 100% will order again soon.
