Hampton inn next door would not let me charge my phone. Said it was because of loitering. But the staff at the shake shack let me charge my phone so I would be able to board my bus and get back to California. The staff at the shake shack will help people in need when others won’t.

We ordered from our hotel. After over an hour food arrived – cold and missing French fries. No utensils as asked for. Grilled cheese was a small bun cut in half with cheese – cold. Called restaurant. They will not give refund for missing items. Food came via Grub Hub. Would NOT recommend to anyone!

I had been told to try the pomegranate sweet basil lemonade. The flavor tasted off like the lemonade had been old. The lemonade was also cloudy. My burger was not as good as it usually has been. The bun was very small and the toppings were falling out of my burger. I had also gotten a grilled cheese later on. When they had brought the grilled cheese out to me it was completely burnt. I had went up to the counter and had let the girl with the red hair know that my grilled cheese was burnt. She had acted like she didn’t care then had went and showed one of her coworkers and they started laughing. I don’t usually complain but it was burnt and smelled burnt as well. I would not have eaten it. They did give me a new one and it was fine but the cheese was not fully melted. I ate it but I did not feel the girl with the red hair was very nice. This is the only shake shack I go to and the food is always good but this time I feel like it could have been better. I am disappointed on how my experience went today.

First time trying this place. Almost $17 for a burger. I was expecting to be blown away to justify the price. Instead I receive a burger no bigger than a McDouble. Bbq sause was just weird. Absolutely nothing special about it. I honestly would have preferred McDouble. This place is highway robbery. Just plain greed. I hope the close so they can’t rob people anymore. If your thinking about trying this place, don’t. Its a joke.

Everything was made well and cooked perfectly. It was our first time trying the Shack chicken sandwich and it was seasoned just right, juicy and crispy. Also, tried the cheese fries. When we learned SS was out of the peppermint bark shake (how I don’t know? Do you run out of peppermint?), the young lady at the counter was apologetic. I tried the sticker toffee and my granddaughter had a Christmas cookie shake. They were very tasty! Friendly faces were abundant, too. When we encounter that kind of service, we go back.

Shake Shack burgers ares simply the best! No competition. The Brookfield store is good, easy order process, nice staff, friendly and polite. Clean and easy going. Be sure to stop in when you’re in the area and hungry.

I gave this new place a try as Shake Shack is something not common here in the Milwaukee area. I saw an offer for a new burger, something spicy and bought a double cheeseburger and fries to go with it. Online order was easy, but here are my issues. First I asked for a napkin pack online, no napkins. Second, the double Shake Shack had some undercooked beef, see pics. While some reviews mentioned that these are small and not worth the price I knew the quality of their food was the reason. I could taste it so my concerns were what I mentioned. I will try the shakes but this was not a good experience. Plus the staff person while not overly friendly could have not just borderline threw my bag to me.

These burgers are not super greasy, which is a good thing. They taste delicious and are filling. The Shack Stack mushroom was AMAZING! The cheese inside flows out like liquid gold. What a wonderful lunch combo of this, fries, and a shake. This location opened in Brookfield within the last couple months. Totally worth a visit!!

First time visiting a shake shack. Excited when I seen the sign. Place looks awesome. Staff was amazing. Two ladies helped me. The main one went over the menu and gave some suggestions. After receiving my food the manager spoke to me before leaving. We had a nice chat about the service industry as I myself worked for many years. He seemed like a genuine great guy. I ate my food in my truck. (Truck driver). Food was perfect. I hate to compare but best smash type burger around. Only other burger that matches this one is five guys. I’ll definitely stop by another shake shack if I come across it. Thanks to the staff. Not many places over great food AND service!

First time ever eating at a shake shack. Did a drive thru order. The food was good, hot, and made correctly. Only complaint is they got my drink order incorrect. But it could’ve been both the traffic and rain making it hard to hear me (I ordered a passionade with boba drink and didn’t get the boba).
