My first time to a Panda Express and oh my gosh I wish I could have came sooner. Walked in and immediately was greeted with smiles and just kind service. I then got my food and it was some great portions as well. And the price was also very affordable compared to many other places only paying about $12 for everything. The orange chicken, black pepper, and fried rice were so amazing. The black pepper chicken was so flavorful and I wish I would have gotten more of it. The place was very clean and the atmosphere was just so welcoming. Will be going there again.

Just got the Black Pepper Chicken from the 11555 W. Van Buren location about 1 hour ago. Chicken is RAW (see picture below.) I noticed that the tiny pieces I tried were a strange texture, then I broke open the largest piece in the bowl. RAW. Keeping the bowl and receipt in case I get sick. Husband picked up the food-said the place was packed, and there was a wait on the BPC. This is what happens when you MOVE TOO FAST. Rushing to push out orders…but at what cost? Chicken is the most dangerous food you can sell undercooked. I’d rather wait than get food poisoning. Done with this location, probably the whole franchise. Totally unacceptable.

I ordered two bigger plates yesterday, one had kung pao and black pepper chicken, and one with Beijing beef and honey walnut shrimp. The food was great inedible!
The food was so spicy we could barely eat it, even the honey walnut shrimp was spicy — it was like they used the same pan with a massive amount of spicy oil for everything. Extremely disappointed, and I can’t believe I wasted my money buying such inedible food.

I just came and my server was Mia T she got my order wrong at the drive through which is fine I pull up and we corrected it than she gave me my food and it was missing an item I explained that to her, she than goes to grab what was supposed to be fried rice, and gives me white rice. Im still being nice because I just want what I paid for and than she goes to get the fried rice brushing me off and instead of handing it to me she hands it to the girl next to her very rude when she messed up my order 3 different times and I was nice the whole interaction

I went today Thursday 2/26/26 and it was so busy, i saw people inside and i was in the drive thru and the line. It went all the way to the front door but the line moved so fast !!! i thought i was gonna be waiting at least 30 minutes and i went right through and got my food fast and hot !!! i dont usually leave reviews on places but this seriously needed 5 stars

Food is delicious as always. They got the order correct this time. That’s always a 50/50 unfortunately. I ordered through the app and received a text notification that the order was ready to be picked up. Showed up and they hadn’t even started it. Ended up sitting at a table for 10 minutes.
