When I got there, the line was pretty long but it moved along fairly quick. The service was really good and the staff answered all the questions. They were really accommodating to me and helped me with the kiosk since I’m in a wheelchair. The food was awesome. Some of the best burgers I’ve had and they were made on the spot. The fries too. The food was fresh and tasted great! We had the black truffle burger and bacon double cheeseburgers. They were great! The fries were super hot!

Shake Shack Aventura delivered on its reputation for delicious food! The three of us enjoyed juicy burgers with fresh toppings and crispy crinkle-cut fries smothered in creamy cheese sauce. The atmosphere was casual and inviting, and the food came out quickly, which we appreciated. However, the service left something to be desired—staff seemed rushed and not very attentive, which took away from the experience.

As an out of towner Shake Shack’s quality taste is among the best. Bang for your buck, eh. Not so much. Their chicken sandwich cost $11.32 and the plain hamburger (pictured) is $7.01. The portion sizes are not the greatest and everything is a la carte. That’s the price you pay for this delicious flavor though.

Everything was great. You can create your order from a kiosk without human interaction or with an employee. The food was great and the service too. It was early so there were no delays. Probably when packed it might be a bit of chaotic.

Absolutely horrible food. I ordered 4 burgers and they were all burnt beyond recognition. Not sure if it’s even beef that they used. This is the second time I’ve had a food quality issue with them and it will be the last. $$ Buyer beware

Not a bad burger, service was good too. They have a good team going. Burger was tender and juicy came back a few times fries was hot and fresh. Not a fan of crinkle fries, but they make me like them.

Placed an order through grubhub. Did not receive burger. No one answered phone or no other way to contact to correct missing burger. Totally irresponsible when no one available to correct their mistake. First time I’ve ordered or even eaten at shake shack. Most likely will never do again.

Located in the Mall Aventura in the food court, being one of the busiest restaurants, I can say that the fast food at this restaurant is delicious;
my favorite was the portobello burger and the red fruit lemonade
PD: for those who don’t know drinks are refillable!!
