My first time at Shake Shack! The meat was high quality and very tasty, though prices are a bit steep for a burger chain. Luckily, I used the app promos and got two burgers for free! A big downside is the lack of free refills for drinks.

I ordered the good fit lettuce cheeseburger but the lettuce was wilted and smelled weird. I asked for them to give me a replacement and they handed this sad cheeseburger without tomato and a small piece of lettuce. They charge $8 for a burger that looks sad and lack of effort. Not sure what their corporate company thinks this is how clients should be treated. Do better!

Great food and even better service at Shake Shack! The burgers were really good, and Joey the manager was so kind and welcoming. He went out of his way to make our visit extra special by bringing our kids a game to play and letting us try samples of the shakes. Such a thoughtful touch and a really great experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Nice casual burger joint for all tastes. I liked that they had vegan options and the price wasn’t breaking our wallets. Service was great and the atmosphere also perfect for a quick eat. I do wish they weren’t out of their special spicy fries, which they advertised a lot. The Portobello mushroom burger was delicious but I felt was too small for my appetite. My wife did love the veggie burger.

The food at Shake Shack was okay—nothing mind-blowing, but decent enough if you’re in the mood for a burger and fries. That said, the wait was insane. Way longer than it should be for fast-casual food.
By the time we got our order, it was hard to stay excited about it. The quality is consistent, but the overall experience just didn’t feel worth the time.
Three stars for decent food, but the wait really took away from the experience.

Good burgers. Need to clean up the store a bit but overall it was good bacon avocado burger was on point.

Slowest service. The kiosk took us 26 min to use because they’re out of several items. Get humans to take orders. Then you tip a kiosk 22% before you even see a human or taste the food.
Lastly, clean your bathrooms. No toilet paper and it’s filthy. It’s not busy here. Several employees standing around.

Very disappointed. I ordered 2 Shack burgers and 1 Double Smoke Shack, but received 3 Smoke Shack burgers instead. Completely wrong order and very frustrating experience. Not happy with the service at all.
