I love the atmosphere and the folks that work there nice and helpful. I also like the fact that you can just order from a tablet but there should also the option to speak to someone. I don’t like seasoning on my burger so there is no option to removed it. That being said, the burger was salty to me. I got mine wrapped in lettuce. Fries are just ok. Place was clean.

The ‘Shroom Burger with Avocado & Bacon is the way to go!!! It is the best combination of flavors! Must Must Try!!
It’s a huge Portobello Mushroom with a bunch of cheese inside the breaded/fried goodness & topped with lettuce and tomato. I added bacon and avocado for $4 more and decided to add pickles because why not? (I don’t usually like pickles) but all of it was amazing!
SO amazing that I was halfway when I remembered I was suppose to take a picture , however, it looked and smelled great.
My son got a regular burger, single patty, lettuce and tomato. He said it was good, I think it was a good size for what it was.
We also got Bacon Cheese Fries and the cheese did not look like it does in all other pictures. The cheese consistency we got was almost like a cold spread. Similar to A cheesy sandwich spread in a sense that it was thick and not melted or even sticking to the fries. I could dip a fry into it and it would break before picking up any of this “cheese”. So I do not recommend this menu item for almost $7.
Our meal came out to about $30. I was craving this and knew it wouldn’t be the most reasonably priced but I don’t usually do this which justified my reasoning. However, the 10-20 min wait after my order was suppose to be ready, did make me regret it.

Food looks so much better than it taste. Meat is flavorless. Bread and vegetables are top notch. The kids loved the shakes. Lady friend felt they were a bit greasy. I like their locations. Trendy!

This is my second time eating Shack shack and the service was really good! Older gentleman greeted me and asked if I needed help with anything, he was also very funny and warming. The food came out very fast and fresh! 5 stars from me!

I’m not one to write these type of reviews but this place it’s a repeat offender and an embarrassment to Shake Shack. It took over 20 minutes to get a burger and a “double” grilled cheese sandwich. I’ll let you look at the pic and decide for yourselves. Zero stars would be more fitting. The location in Royal and Preston never disappoints but this one in Addison it’s terrible.

Great tasting burgers! These are smash burgers so don’t expect big burgers. They were absolutely delicious! Everything is sold separately! Choices from burgers single pattie, double, and even triple patties! Fries are good and crunchy and also have cheesy fries with addons…the shakes looked so good, but was too full to try!

The customer service is excellent. I had an issue placing my order online from my desktop. I placed one order, but the other three orders o could not complete. I was so frustrated with the system so I called and Marlon took over. I thought he was the manager, but he is just a worker. One who care about his job, he listened and he provided. I will come back, because the food was amazing. The atmosphere was clean and they were friendly and ready to help. Thanks for making my day

After reading some of the other reviews, I now see my experience is the typical experience of this establishment. This was my first time going to a shake shack, and now I understand why they are practically begging for customers. I paid $15 for a cheese burger and regular fries. Based off the pictures, my wait time, and order total, I was expecting 5 guys sized portions and quality. I received neither. My burger was equivalent to that of a value menu burger from Wendy’s and my fries didn’t even fill the little tray they put them in. If you’re charging $5! for fries, you need to fill the bag up like five guys!!
When I walked in, their lobby was practically empty, only 1 order ahead of me. I watched the front counter people do everything except push out orders. The cook in the back had to tell the girl working front counter to bag my order and give it to me. There were 2 people working up front and 1 guy just walking around the lobby. They all kept staring at me, staring at the food, and still couldn’t be bothered to stop their conversation to bag it and hand it to me. Even after bagging it, the girl still didn’t hand me my order, she put it next to the register and then looked at me .
I ordered at the self serve kiosk and it asked me for a tip and I’m still trying to figure out for what!? Horrible service and cold mediocre food??
First and last visit to any shake shack. I’ll stick with 5 guys.
