Horrible service, I should’ve known something was up when you go in and Chick-fil-A has a line out the door and there’s absolutely no one in the line for shake shack. Fries were cold and hardly got any in The container ( half full). Burgers were just gross, this is not your typical Shake shack.

The burger was literally raw on the inside. It was also extremely greasy, messy and misaligned. It was mostly inedible. The fries and shake were pretty good but not worth the price. The cheese cup was already starting to go bad. Will never eat here or any other shake shack again

It’s difficult competition to go next to Chick-fil-A at this rest stop. However Shake Shack offers a chicken sandwich and also a vegetarian option called the shroom Burger. They also have cheese fries. Well Chick-fil-A has a very long line, I’ll pay for the convenience at Shake Shack. Service was really quick. And it was very cute touching my name on a big screen as my order was completed. The portions seem perfect. The lemonade is awesome. It was very satisfying

Manager changes operating hours daily, staff advised they open at different times every day. Staff sitting around, most tables were dirty. Should have known when we saw how dirty the parking lot was that it would be a bad idea to stop there. Left to find someplace better.

Great location; very packed/ crowded during evening/dinner hours but friendly staff. Clean counters/clean amenities. Service isn’t that fast but quality food. Manager was on site helping . That was nice to see.

Online says they open at 6:30am. We get there at 6:40am and are told they are closed until 7am. 7am comes, and the lady at the grill who has seen us standing there for 20 minutes, says no, they open at 8am. Wasted 20 minutes that could have been spent getting further down the road.
