Atmosphere is very nice, particularly for a chain. Food was very sub par. The prices were way too high for the quality of food. My sea bass was good however the teriyaki was overpowering- maybe a lesser amount would help this. The dry aged ribeye for $68 is absolutely not worth it. Was barely edible. Felt compelled to eat it because it was so high in pricing. Don’t get me wrong. I’ll spend money on good quality food but will not be back here. Sides are massive so you really only need one for two people. The potatoes were good. Pork belly was okay- a bit tough. Staff did an anniversary card that they all signed, which was very appreciated. Our total was $235 (before a $45 cash tip truly making it $280) for one glass of wine, two beers, an appetizer, wedge salad, two entrees and two sides. There are so many other better options to receive that amount of food at a better price or quality.

They had a birthday card signed from everyone there at the table when we got in, I loved that everyone was so nice. The service was absolutely incredible. The food was amazing, best steak I have ever had, had the tomahawk steak cooked medium and it was perfect and juicy. The onion rings were beyond good, and also got the flemings potatoes such good flavor in it.

Nigel took great Care of my boyfriend and I for his birthday. Over the phone they asked if it was for a celebration and I said a birthday and when when we arrived they had a happy birthday card signed by all of the staff and the cute decorations all over the table. We started off with the salad and the pork chop it was delicious. And then the bread came with regular butter and pumpkin butter 10/10. Was very impressed with the tomahawk cooked just how he liked it however he did forget the lobster topping and had it taken off the bill. He ended up not caring because the tomahawk was very filling just alone he ate all of it actually. Dessert was 10 out of 10 Keylime pie was super sweet chocolate cake was very gooey and delicious. Would only come for an occasion. Also fresh squeezed lemonade was far too sweet for me but he also took that off the bill. Service was great!

The food was amazing as it was before the menus have change but is because the stuff they was getting from suppliers was up to their standards. The staff was amazing . Make sure your not in a hurry if you are do a call in and get it to go. We are coming back with more people..

The service is amazing. That can not make up for the rest of the experience though. First off, when we set down we noticed how nice it was, very upscale, nice dressed, and perfect for any kind of celebration. That was quickly soured when we noticed the choice in music vs most other up scale restaurants even in the area. Instead of soft piano, or any kind of soft music, they decide pop and rock was the way to go. The seared pork belly was a great! That gave us high hopes for the rest of our dining experience. However, we were soon disappointed. Both of our stakes tasted as if the had no flavor at all, just placed on a propane flame grill and served. My lobster tail was chewy and without butter, again, no flavor. The mashed potatoes and Chipotle Mac and cheese were the only two things that really seemed to have any flavor, and they were subpar at best. Sadly the only good thing I have to say is the wait staff is fantastic and so nice. The managers do check to see how you are doing as well which I have found does not happen at other up scale place. Sadly though this can not make up for such a high priced, and fine dining experience. This is supposed to be “the best steak in knoxville” according to several reviews and people that I know. Sadly I can’t agree. Next time I will be going to the longhorn down the street or the Texas road house down the road. Both seem to know how to season a steak at least.
