Shan and the entire Shaheen team have been an absolute dream to work with. Every time we use them for catering, they are incredibly organized, experienced, and consistent. They consistently go above and beyond with little extras that make our orders even better.
The restaurant itself is also incredible. Their daily specials are so good that we’ll happily jump in the car and drive 40 minutes just to get them and its always worth it.

Been a long time customer. Hair was in my goat pulao today eating here with family. And employees were rude and didn’t wanna accommodate or switch it for a different meal. The owner came to our table and said he will take care of it and disappeared. And told the employees to tell us we still gotta pay for it and the old rude lady and some other lady at the counter were talking shit. We still ended up paying full price. Never got the meal exchanged. will never come here again. Very bad experience. Very bad customer service

This is the most delicious Pakistani food I ever had. And it’s always consistent. The staff always has a nice smile. And if you don’t know what to order they will help you pick it out. Also the people that dine in the restaurant will help you pick it out as well. Friendly atmosphere and it’s a lot of fun to go to.i was offered to try Brianni from another customer’s table. Place was super busy, which compromised their quality of service. Floor was wet and was left unattended, in spite of everything the food was very delicious and that was the only reason to visit this restaurant. Highly recommended for take outs.

Shaheen Restaurant has been very hit or miss. While they always have plenty of staff behind the counter, service often feels unorganized—many employees are present, but not always helping customers efficiently. If you get a helpful staff member, the experience is much better, but that isn’t always the case.
The biggest issue, though, is the declining food quality. Over the past few years, it has noticeably gone downhill. On multiple occasions, I’ve received food that seemed old, which is disappointing for a place that used to be more reliable. I hope they work on improving both service and food quality because it has the potential to be much better.
P.S. The aunty who takes care of the tables is the best—she’s always kind and attentive!

Very busy place so order ahead of time. They are pretty well organized but with the volume they see, it’s easy to spend 10 mins in the store before someone helps you. The food was pretty good. The lamb shank was tender and had a lots of flavor. The beef chapli kebab was a little spicy and slightly burnt around the edges. The chicken chargha was great. Good portions and perfectly seasoned. If they can iron out the pick up process, it’d be 5 stars.
