If you love hot pot, Shaburina needs to be on your must try list! The meats are super fresh, the veggie and seafood selection is great, and the broth flavors are rich and delicious. The sauce bar has so many choices to build the perfect flavor combo. On top of the amazing food, the service is genuinely warm and attentive. The owner made sure we had everything we needed like extra broth, refills, recommendations…all with a smile. The space feels clean, modern, and perfect for gathering with friends or family on a cozy night out.
From start to finish, it was an awesome dining experience. Highly recommend if you’re craving hot pot that tastes as good as it looks. We will definitely be coming back!!!!

This was our first time trying a hot pot or shabu-shabu restaurant, and we enjoyed it. The broth was delicious (we had the original broth) and the wagyu beef was tasty. There are plenty of fresh vegetables to create vegan entrées, too. A fun and scrumptious dinner experience!

The servers were friendly and attentive, always checking in to make sure we were doing well. I’d say it’s the best hot pot place in Seattle and would highly recommend it to everyone.

First time coming here, it was easily located and they have retail parking with lots of space. Coming in, it took a while for someone to greet us and to get us a table (maybe they were understaffed?) Once the waiter explained how it works, everything went smoothly. The broth that we chose were original and spicy miso. The buffet bar has all the fixings from vegetables to seafood. We got the premium set, and man it was so much that we didn’t order more meat. The quality of the meat was great! The sauce bar has many options to make your own sauce. If you want rice, it’s included in the price. If you want to celebrate your birthday, you have to come on your birthday to get complimentary meat cake. Ice cream tasted great although very small portion. Atmosphere was nice, clean, kid friendly. Service was great and friendly, they came to check on us just the right amount. All in all, great experience and probably gonna try house combo next time. Would recommend to anyone who wants shabu2 hotpot in Redmond area.

After driving around the Seattle area to find hotpot. Most of them are Mongolian hot pot. Then I found out about Japanese hot pot that is called Shaburina. I tried it, and it was so good. The quality of the meat is awesome. And the service makes you feel like a VIP.

The amount of food you get is incomprehensible. For $35 lunch, you can pick out what you want from the buffet style ingrediences available. Meats like clams, spam, Hello Kitty shaped fish balls, and more are included in the price. They have in house kimchi and sauces that was wonderful to try. The sauce was spicy enough from someone with mild spice tolerance to enjoy and not drown out the flavor. The service was kind. The owner was there and he was friendly to the point where it put me to shame. Didn’t need to call for someone to get a refill of water or had empty plates taken away. I would come here again and recommend this place to anyone.

The food here is amazing! This is our second time here and it’s just as good as the first time. Totally worth the money. The atmosphere is perfect. Clean, not too noisy, and the tables aren’t too close together like some restaurants.

In the middle of August we got a couple days of stormy weather and cooler temperature. Hubby has a cold and we both craved something soupy and nourishing. Most of the new Chinese hot pot places had 90min wait and we found Shaburina only with 4 parties ahead of us on waitlist. We used to go to Swish Swish before it really went down hill, and i found Little Lamb to be underwhelming.
First off, this place is very clean. Gentleman on waitstaff who helped us was super cheerful, and friendly, compared to many of these places where you had to beg them for help.
We ordered the premium meat option, and we were impressed with the quality. We selected the broth of the day, Chicken and Scallop. It was very savory and flavorful. We didn’t load up at the bar but the bar offers shrimp, fish cakes and a wide variety of veggies.
They have a soft serve ice cream machine which is included in the meal. It was a perfect ending to a very yummy dinner.
