This place is excellent! The quality of the ingredients really stands out, and everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. Service was attentive, friendly, and professional. Truly a 10 out of 10 experience. I’ve been randomly having lots of hot pot and shabu in the bay area. This is one of my favorite. I’ll definitely be coming back!

My friend and I got the Kiwami premium for lunch. We got the first 3 soup bases, Garlic Butter, Truffle Sukiyaki, and Ebi Daiginjo. Our favorite base was the truffle sukiyaki, however, I couldn’t really taste the truffle flavor. Our least favorite was the ebi daiginjo, my friend said it tasted like cheetos lol. The meat quality for the Kiwami ayce was great! We mainly ordered the kiwami exclusive meats. I enjoyed the Australian Wagyu the most, it had beautiful marbling. We also enjoyed the karaage, it was juicy and crispy. One thing I would like to try is their curry, but we were afraid it would make us too full (we’re here for the hot pot meat!). Lastly, we were kinda disappointed in the variety of their sauce & side/veggie bar compared to other hot pot places. I would recommend adding options like fish balls and fish tofu. Overall, we had a good time and enjoyed our experience, would come back if they made a few improvements for sure!

This is a new AYCE Shabu shabu in the area. We came on the second day it was open and it was pretty empty since they only had a banner in front of the restaurant. The staff were still getting familiar with the menus but they were very attentive.
We had the premium (Kiwami) AYCE. They offered up to 3 soups at the same time. We had the Truffle Sukiyaki, Ebi Tonkotsu, and Triple Garlic Tonkotsu broths. All the soups tasted great and flavourful. The tonkotsu broths tasted very similar to one another so I’d probably switch one to Dashi or have 2 broths next time. In terms of the meat, the American wagyu was one of the top I’ve had in the Bay Area. The slice size and thickness were perfect to make each bite satisfying. The Australian lamb and Kurabuto pork were really good as well.
The sauce area was a bit lacking compared to other places but I found that I didn’t need sauces most of the time as the meat and broth were great by themselves.
Overall, the meat was top notch and at a great price! Looking forward to coming back!

This place is still new and is still in their soft opening phase. Went here after seeing an influencer video and as soon as we walked in we recognized a few familiar faces so I assumed we all seen the same video. There wasn’t a wait when we got there on a Friday evening. The waitress explained everything clearly and we went with the most expensive option on the ayce. We got the butter garlic tonkatsu, the truffle, and the spicy tonkatsu. The truffle one was extremely salty and we kept asking for hot water to put into the broth but they just kept pouring more broth into it. Again it’s new so they have a lot of kinds to work out. It was weird having 5 people share one pot that’s a split into 3rds. If they had another induction at the table that would have helped a lot. The meat was decent quality, but that’s where it ends for me. We found ourselves having to wait a long time in between orders of meats and that’s with us ordering more as soon as we got our first order. The sauce bar wasn’t labeled so we just tossed whatever we saw into a small bowl. This is the first time ever at an ayce for me that our time which was an hour and a half had run out just as we were finished eating. Usually we’re done way before that.

The newly opened AYCE all you can eat Japanese shabu-shabu @ Milpatas. ( Limited time : 90 minutes)
The menu has 2 grade , each only $10 apart, so I recommend choosing the higher one , which includes all kinds of meat and seafood. We went for lunch and it was $34 each person .
For soup case , we ordered the garlic butter pork bone broth + sukiyaki broth, which we figured we needed to absorb the flavors ourselves. For meat choice , also has the American wagyu ,but we love the pork belly (pork toro) more .
For appetizers( all you can eat ) including seaweed salad, Japanese fried chicken, curry rice, and noodles.
Service is friendly and fast .

All you can eat AYCE with a ‘happy hour’ price of $26? Yes! Meats were fresh and good quality. They have a fountain for soda that has coke, Coke Zero, sweet tea, etc. Clean spacious bathroom. Decent ventilation system. Spacious enough to not be crowded.

The restaurant is newly opened and has a cozy, inviting atmosphere that’s great for meeting up. However, at $44 with a Wagyu selection, I’m not fully convinced the quality of the meat matches the price.

Literally the best shabu shabu I’ve had. Would recommend this place over any overcrowded hotpot place.
Service was amazing, food was brilliant, and good prices on top of that. The meat and seafood quality is super high.
They recommended broth and meat combinations which were spot on. The appetizers and sides are in small portions so you get to fill up on meat. The curry is a family recipe and was delicious. The music taste is also impeccable 🙂
