I have gone to Papa Murphy’s for as long as I can remember, and I’ve always loved their pizza, but this location has always had the worst pizza. When I picked up the pizza. It look like there was a black discoloration around the crust and then when I cooked the pizza, it looked disgusting on the bottom almost like the dough maybe had sat out for too long, and I understand that it was a thin crust pizza but the pizza is disgusting. It is floppy and just not very appetizing.

Just because they provided an online deal doesn’t meant they should severely skimp on the toppings, less than half what I would expect. Disappointed and won’t be back. Amazing a family sized pizza with less than 20 slices of pepperoni. Yikes.

Used to be good, but they have begun skimping on toppings when we order stuffed pizza – they put everything in the very middle, which is not much toppings compared to what it used to be anyway, leaving the rest of the pizza devoid of toppings inside and on the top layer, basically a large bread-stick at that point everywhere except the middle 4-6 inches.

Stepped into the location about 4 o’clock was greeted. The person behind the counter was passively aggressively nice if that makes sense. Was also banging on the monitor when taking order. Told him never mind and thank you. left empty handed won’t be going back.

Ordered online at 4:30 PM. The website would not load the payment page, so I selected “EBT pay in store” simply to complete the order. The system accepted it and provided a 35-minute pickup time.
I arrived as instructed, smiling and in a good mood, and was initially told there was no order for me, then that there was only one order for a customer who “didn’t pay.” While pulling out my debit card, I calmly explained, “Your website wouldn’t process any payments, so I had to select pay in store.”
That explanation was met with a sharp and defensive, “It’s not MY website.” The tone was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. I was explaining a technical issue, not assigning personal blame. This interaction immediately shifted what should have been a routine pickup into an uncomfortable and unprofessional experience.
There is also a clear system failure that needs to be addressed. If selecting “pay in store” means the order will not begin until the customer arrives, that should be explicitly communicated. Providing a 35-minute pickup time for an order that has not actually been started is misleading. This is not the first time I have experienced payment processing issues on your website, and previously, even when selecting pay in store, my order was already prepared upon arrival.
I would have been perfectly content waiting had I not already waited over an hour due to inaccurate timing and poor communication. Being required to stand awkwardly while the same employee who had just been unnecessarily rude prepared my food was uncomfortable and avoidable.
This experience reflects a breakdown in both process and customer service. I have historically loved Papa Murphy’s, but situations like this actively erode customer loyalty. With fewer locations available, many customers drive significant distances to support your brand. Encounters like this make that effort feel unappreciated.
Pizza was fine. The experience was not.
I strongly recommend reviewing both this store’s customer interaction standards and the functionality of the online payment system, as both contributed directly to this negative experience.

Great place to have pizza made right in front of your eyes. You can choose from their signature pizza options as well as have one customized. Plenty of promotions available for every budget. I loved the signature Papa Murphy’s Special because it had plenty of meat on it such as sausage and pepperoni. They even have vegetarian options as well as various crust options such as stuffed crust and original. Their breadsticks are to die for. If you haven’t tried their pizza, please go do yourself a favor and go! Definitely a must for a hungry family like us who want a great option for pizza.
Update: had the pumpkin shaped pizza and s’mores bar. Although it was hard to see the face, the shape was there. I did enjoy both the bar and the pizza. Fresh and easy to follow directions. Great price and service!

Dang I forgot his name but the guys were so helpful and skilled on how to pick out a pizza. The atmosphere was chill and we had a fun conversation while the other guy made the pizza. Although we won’t get this kind of pizza again because it is too much for us, we will definitely be back for a classic 5meats and papa Murphy pizza along with amazing customer service .

This was the first time I tried Papa Murphy’s take n bake and I would say the experience was not bad at all. The staff was very courteous, explained how it works and also suggested a few items from the menu. The pizza came with instructions to bake and turned out to be quite good. Will definitely try again.
