This place offers delicious and authentic Indian and Bangladeshi cuisine with a warm atmosphere. It’s very clean, has convenient parking, and the staff are incredibly friendly. We tried the buffet, which had a wide variety of dishes, and everything was delicious and authentic. I highly recommend it for a family outing or just a regular lunch if you’re craving a true taste of India. All food is Hallal.

Cool buffet spot for lunch. They have their buffet open from around 11-2:30 PM allowing for plenty of time to get something to eat. Good variety of things to try out and they even have hot tea and dessert available. Food wasn’t spicy and probably more on the “mild” to “low spice” level. Very hospitable too.

I’m not an expert of Idian cuisine although we dabble with cooking Indian at home and are familiar with the spices, etc. That being said, the buffet experience was less than satisfying. The quality of the food was good but nothing that would induce a return visit. Unfortunately, we arrived at the end of the lunch rush and much of the buffet was picked over and not refilled. In addition to that insult, what was available was room temperature. The situation didn’t change much during the course of our meal and we played that game whereby web were forced to get up and run for hot items as they trickled out of the kitchen.
It is understandable that the business aspect of a buffet requires careful control of waste but that should not infringe on the experience of the cash paying customer. It wasn’t like we strolled in off the street at 3pm, it wasn’t even 1 o’clock yet.
The side dish selection was poor with lack of chutneys and sauces. I’ve seen much better buffets than this one.
I cannot recommend this place.

I was very delighted with their food and enviroment. I was taking their weekend buffet. A lot meat iteam, that impressed me. At 6 items of meats including beef brinyani, mutton rejala, butter chicken, tunduri chicken etc. I throughly enjoyed the food. They also has nice appetizer including chanan, smausa etc. Their naan was super good to me. In desert had golapnjamun, khir payes. Whats else do i need to have wonderfull meal. They also had a lot other iteam, icluding pakura, dal, vegtable, white rice etc. The resturents atmosphere was very nice, good palce for hang out with friends and family while enjoying delicious foods. They had a lot of free parking spots. This place is highly recommend if you are detroit michigan area.

If anyone is looking for halal authentic Bangladeshi food then this is the place. We loved everything about it from the atmosphere and service to the food. Very polite and clean. The portions are really good. Food was so delicious and they know how to make it spicy when you say spicy. Overall experience was a 10/10. We will definitely be going back again.

We have been able to experience the great food and service of Shaad Deshi both in restaurant and takeout! The quality remains stellar and portions are generous. I am even a fan of many dishes here that I did not particularly care for at other venues. I can not say enough good things about the menu. We have tried a variety of dishes and all have been amazing!
