Delicious pizza, as usual. We had a Veggie and the large was perfect for the four of us. We also had a salad with chicken and it was also very good.
I’m always glad we ordered, no matter what we get.
Started with the Honey Wheat Rolls which were good but honestly we ended up taking them home and eating with preserves. My husband Loved the Mushroom soup special. He got the Spaghetti and meatballs with an Italian sausage on the side. Enjoyed it all but said nothing really stood out.
Five Cheese White Pizza, which was recommended over and over again was definitely Super Cheesy! The kids and I loved it. I’d have no problem eating this many more times in the future.
Service was great, lots of youngins, all keeping very busy. Incredibly friendly, lots of people in line, it was an ideal Family oriented restaurant!
The food was delicious. The atmosphere was great and we felt very welcomed.
My husband and I have eaten here a couple of times and this experience makes me want to go back more often.
Thank you—We will be back!
(Millard Location)
Pretty standard but good lasagna.
Chicken Alfredo 3-4 stars
This felt like it was missing salt. Once added it was much better. The chicken is thinly sliced, but I found it a bit dry.
Beef Ravioli 4.5 stars
I think this was in a bechamel sauce? It was full of good flavor and this would be an item I think I should reorder
I didn’t get much service as I arrived late, but my friend told me it was excellent. They said the serving staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Staff was nice enough, the decor is pretty plain. Worth visiting if you like Italian food though.
I sometimes like these, but many times don’t.
The entire Vibe of this place has a striking resemblance to that of lansky’s
The bathroom could use a once-over but they are very much understaffed, I will say that I like the fact that I can push the door open with my shoulder instead of having to pull a handle and getting my hands dirty after I just wash them.
Appetizers
Cambo bread
A pizza on a slice of bread, I like it..
Good flavor
Homemade cheese bread
Buttery garlic cheesy goodness…
meatball chunks with pamarola
Huge, a meal by itself, very generous portion, large chunks of meatballs.
Me and my wife differ on opinions here, I love the taste, she does not.. at all….
It is very, seasoned, I am a fan…
White bread and minestrone soup.
The bread is cooked right, crispy shell, soft center, soup is very flavorful, very nice..
My kingdom for a plate….
If I can make one suggestion, bring out a couple of small plates with the appetizers…
Entrees..
Pizza “prime”…..
The good, excellent flavor, I mean, delicious..
The bad, it’s is a bit to soggy…
Shrimp scampi……
Dry, this makes me so sad, the flavor is good, but the shrimp and pasta are entirely over done..
Perhaps turn the oven down???
Baked creamy chicken Alfredo…….
Flavor to me is good, wife does not agree..
The chicken is shaved……
Why?…
Final thoughts…
It’s a decent place that reminds me of lanskys, but sadly, not as good..
This place could be far better with some small changes to improve the quality of food..
One disappointment I see at 90% of “italian” restaurants, where is the authentic carbonara? Those that do offer it, where is the guanciale??
I must mention the staff, y’all are great, super friendly, knowledgeable, you are the star of the show…
