It was my first time and everything was just great. The seat me right the way. The food was fresh, the hamburgers were what they offered you in the menu. The place was clean and the waitress was very attentive. The ambience was smooth and a pretty cool way to pay and give feedback. I’m coming back!

Almost everything was wonderful. Burgers are always delicious and, you can’t lose with bottomless fries! There was a discrepancy with the drink that I ordered. I don’t think it’s too much to expect that what you order is relatively similar to the pictures on the menu or electronic kiosk on the table. I pointed out that my drink is supposed to have whipped cream & a cherry on it and, it didn’t. Someone made another version of the drink with whipped cream, no cherry. Another young lady came by and asked how everything was. I explained the situation & she brought me 2 cherries in a small cup. I appreciated the effort but, it was a little frustrating to deal with.

First time at this particular location. The employees were friendly and the waitress was very good. Ordered a burger no bun and they made it in a lettuce wrap which was perfect. I Ordered meatballs for my son and he loved them, he’s almost 2 years old by the way, so I tried them and agreed they were pretty good. Only down fall was the lettuce to my salad was turning brown which means it was going bad. Really wish the produce was fresher. But aside from that everything was good.

We had a wonderful dinner at this location in the Chicago Ridge Mall. The food is always tasty and at a good price. We had the Bacon burger with fried jalapeños which is a must try. Their tower of onion rings is always a good choice. You must try them if you haven’t as of yet.
Tashunda provided outstanding service with a smile. We were amazed with the hard work she was having to do because RR is extremely short staffed. She was the only waitress and bartender in the restaurant and we were never lacking for anything. She kept checking back with us and making sure we were doing good. She did have help from a young man but he was only bringing out the food from the kitchen. We will be back soon just because of her hard work and dedication.
RE has a good plan in place to not overwhelm Tashunda or the kitchen. We did have to wait a half an hour for our table just because of the short staff problem. Once we were seated we didn’t have to wait long for service and our food was brought to us in a timely manner.

First time here and when I stepped inside there was no staff so I wasn’t sure if we could sit ourselves or if we needed to be seated. After a couple of minutes staff approached us and we got seated. The staff was very nice and attentive. Food was fast and a plus is the bottomless sides.

There were no signs posted that done in is closed at 4pm. We were given different excuses as to why we couldn’t be seated and that it would be over an hour to have our party of 6 seated…yet the place wasn’t very busy at all. We were told it was because the servers couldn’t handle such a group while even splitting tables and sitting outside where there was NO one. What a horrible location. Because of this I will never visit another red Robin and will make sure corporate knows these concerns. Next time make sure this is clearly Listed on the doors! Also the mall grounds of this location are absolutely disgusting and riddled with garbage. This must explain the lack of care from this location.

Had a Whiskey BBQ burger, traditional BBQ wings and a pear lemonade drink that was amazing service was good ambience was comfortable. The rug needs cleaning though it was sticky walking towards our booth. Other than that it was good.

Terrible experience me and my husband visited this place however I’m so disappointed on my dinner here. To start off i wish to have lemonade they didn’t had it so ok is not a biggie then I ordered wings for appetizer and they take the food and we had to sit there because we had no silverware, and since I’m having wings I’ll like to have ranch dressing. We requested ranch after we requested our silverware. The lady told me they didn’t have no ranch so not only they don’t have lemonade and they took for ever to bring silverware now they don’t have ranch dressing. Well I’m optimistic I’m thinking the rest of the order will be okay… Well I had asked for my burger well-done and it was not I could see the meat pink not cooked enough.. total disappointment!!!!

Very good food, very good service and the restaurant is clean so that’s a plus. Also don’t forget that with your order you get unlimited fries, now that’s awesome, they are so good as well.
