I had an absolutely unforgettable experience at Sexy Fish. From the moment we arrived, the service was simply outstanding. The level of attention, warmth, and professionalism made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of from start to finish.
The food was next level, truly extraordinary. The sushi, especially their specialty selections, was incredibly fresh and full of flavor. The tuna tataki deserves a special mention: the sauces prepared for it were exquisite and elevated the dish to something unforgettable. Every bite was perfectly balanced and beautifully presented.

I’ve never been to a restaurant where the women in the restroom are not always there to use the bathroom, but are there to take pictures in the restroom! Hilarious, but that’s how overly detailed the design of the restaurant is. Beautifully detailed in every way, and worth the experience, this restaurant is like a tourist attraction lol. The food was delicious – short rib, fried rice (with corn), baby chicken, pork skewer and more are well seasoned. Be ready to spend a nice amount of money. Bill for 3 ladies with shared plates came to $300 easy and we were conservative.
Try it, enjoy it, take pictures wherever you are and then you can check it off your list. Oh, and make a reservation!

From the moment you walk in, the restaurant has a true wow factor — the space is stunning, incredibly photogenic, and the bathrooms are especially impressive. Service was prompt and attentive throughout the meal.
Unfortunately, the food did not live up to the setting or the price point. The dishes lacked both creativity and refinement in execution. The duck fried rice and tempuras were noticeably greasy, and the caramelized black cod was overcooked and tough.
While the ambiance is exceptional, the focus on decor seems to come at the expense of flavor and quality, making the overall dining experience feel underwhelming for the cost.

Service and atmosphere is amazing. But overhyped and over priced. Food quality is not at all upto the mark. The place is just beautiful and will amaze you. One should visit once to experience the beauty of the restaurant. Drinks were good.

Pleasantly surprised by this restaurant! Went for my birthday during Basel week; very entertaining experience and we were pleasantly surprised by the food quality. Interior of restaurant and bar is very beautiful; they had a DJ and dancers for Art Basel so that was a nice touch. Drinks were nice, I had one cocktail from the menu and a Bees Knees, partner had a Moscow Mule. More of a tapas style, small plates cuisine with some larger dishes. For a sashimi dish, server recommended the Tiradito with Chu Toro and Salmon (?), very delicious with truffle. Thumbs up on the oysters, sushi rolls, Cod Spicy Miso(?), steak, and dessert. Thank you again to our busy server for taking care of us through all the crazy. Overall good experience and I recommend for special occasions or for a nice dinner before a night out.
