This restaurant deserves five stars–and then some. Between the dim, intimate, lighting, attentive service, and truly fabulous food, there was nothing more we could have asked for. The complimentary bread arrived warm and pillowy soft. The autumn breeze mocktail was a beautiful study in balance, with ginger delicately offset by pomegranate. The agnolotti was playful and smart; when I punctured the cheerfully green pillows of pasta, the chicken filling revealed itself – creamy, inviting, and every bit as delicious as it looked. The market fish was earthy and impeccably cooked, fresh and silky with a gorgeous char. Its tender texture was perfectly balanced by the comforting starchiness of the rice. The squid ink lobster pasta was bold, unexpected, and deeply satisfying. The affogato seemed to evaporate on the tongue, leaving behind nothing but pure flavor. Our server, Kim Thi , was animated and graceful, adding warmth and ease to an already exceptional evening. This is a place that deserves to be lavishly praised!

My friend and I made a reservation for here, it was mid. Our waiter was nice. They informed me that I wasn’t able to modify my meal. I tried their food anyway. The presentation of the food was boring and the pasta my friend had was watery. Their lasagna has no unique flavor. How can you tell me I’m not able to modify my meal and your meal still lacks quality and flavor? If you like bland food with low vibrational energy this is the place for you. When you walk in the door you should leave an impression on your guest. This place needs to do better. How do you have an Italian restaurant with no Caesar salad?

Had an amazing dinner at this Italian restaurant! Everything tasted incredibly fresh — you can really tell they use high-quality ingredients. We especially loved the prosciutto with melon and the duck liver pâté — both were absolutely perfect. The atmosphere was cozy yet elegant, and our server Derek was great — super friendly and attentive. A truly memorable dining experience. Highly recommend!

The exterior is tucked away in a cute neighborhood, The restaurant staff is very nice, the interior decoration for me is outdated and dark and not good looking, the meatball app was very good, the burrata app was very good but both together were roughly $50 which i find outrageous.. burrata literally costs $3 .. anyway and the pasta dishes (we had the two vegetarian ones) were good but medium to small portions .. i just don’t think the value v price matches. Many years ago they had a $40 truffle pasta with actual truffle shavings which i enjoyed but it’s no longer on menu. Meh was my feeling.
Oh and the cocktail menu was so disappointing. I didn’t like any of the options which is rare so i ended up asking for a shot of tequila in the non alcoholic beverage which the waitress was kind and accommodating to do

Delicious Italian cuisine, exquisite plates, different flavors, different taste of sauces to celebrate our New Year Day.

This was my second time visiting Seven Hills. The first time I tried their truffle pasta (Chef’s special) and was in awe from how good it was. My experience was not as great this time around.
Food 4/5
The appetizers started very strong. We got focaccia and the chicken liver pate. Both tasted amazing. The pastas were weak though and were lacking flavor complexity.
Presentation 5/5
Service 5/5
Atmosphere 5/5
I love the vibes here. It does not try hard but is sophisticated nonetheless.
Value 4/5
In my opinion the prices are a little high for the value I get. The pasta dishes are pretty small.

This chef is really imaginative with flavors and textures. A plateful of summer was found in the mozzarella with flamed peaches, cherries, pecans and arugula. The fresh focaccia had great herb flavor. The gem salad with clementines, avocado, and radishes and topped with hazelnut was a really lovely combination. The special was truffle tortellini with the Croatian truffle shaved right at the table and had incredible buttery richness. The budino chocolate dessert was immensely rich and smooth. What a great evening out and such lovely efficient service and beautiful ambience.

I thought everything was perfect. Our waiter was EXCELLENT. We got a bottle of red from Campagna which was reasonably priced and delectable. Our two salads were delicate and refined, and the pasta was firm but tender (how is that possible by the way?) filled with delightful morsels. Nice mixed fruit pie with ice cream to complete. Recommended.

Absolutely delicious experience. Service was attentive without being stuffy, courteous and friendly. Arrived with no reservation and they offered us the bar or outside. We asked about the low seating – ADA – they gladly seated us there but let us know we’d have to move if someone needed those seats, which we thought showed thoughtfulness to customers that weren’t even there yet. The while every dish was delicious – the pasta was the best I’ve ever had. Not just because of the sauce but the actual pasta. Fresh & perfectly cooked. The location & interior only add to the experience, making a charming yet social night out.

Our food was prepared beautifully and service was top notch from start to finish.
Portions are small-medium, which means you can safely order one pasta dish per person plus apps , bread and dessert. If your budget allows it, I recommend trying a few different pastas. We didn’t try any main dishes / proteins today.
Overall, the pastas today were great – cooked perfectly al dente. The maccheroncelli was our favorite dish of the night, due to the perfect chew and high quality tomatoes. The spaghetti had a perfect bite – its sauce was decadent without making us feel heavy after finishing.
Stuffed pastas were not as great – Agnolotti was breaking apart. Ravioli was good. Wish I tried the tortelli. Will definitely be back!
