It was very busy after opening on a Saturday morning. Got a table quickly but I had to ask the hostess to wipe it down. Took awhile for someone to check what our drink order was. Lucky it was free but still I’m sure some people paid so you should probably provide good service to all. People seemed confused which way to use the buffet areas due to plates stationed at both side of that buffet station. The food was filling and I didn’t try the Asian buffet. I have posted food pics from the different buffet stations.

After several visits, I can properly review this amazing buffet. It is called Seven Chefs because there are seven stations: salad, italian, american, dessert, shuffle, carvery, and asian. I took a picture of each station. Every station has clean and delicious food prepared by seasoned professionals. I start with a ranch salad on top of pepperoni pizza and always finish with the yummy mac and cheese. Take a look and try it yourself.

The buffet is absolutely not review worthy. For as many people come through, they should enlist more workers to keep buffet tables clean, food filled, and improve the quality of the food. Some workers are nice, most are not even happy. The cooks seem understaffed. The fact that they would charge someone $30 to eat school cafeteria food with less than favorable proteins, is crazy. I wish it was better.

We waited in line for almost thirty minutes just to pay, even though there were only four people ahead of us. After paying, we stood around for nearly twenty more minutes before finally being seated, again with only a few guests in front of us. Once we were at the table, it took close to twenty five minutes before a waitress came by to take our drink order.
When we finally went up to get food, most of the stations were nearly empty. Many of the trays were completely bare, and at that point there were maybe three meat options in total. It felt like they were struggling to keep anything stocked. When new food did come out, we tried to make the best of it, but everything was far too salty. The Philly steak was loaded with salt, and even the fried rice from the Asian section was so salty it was hard to eat. You expect some flavor, but not to the point where you can barely take a few bites.
Overall, the service was slow, the food stations were poorly maintained, and the flavor was just overwhelming in the worst way. For a place inside a major casino, I expected a much better experience.

Seven Chefs Buffet is pretty decent. The food was prepared fresh and they had a nice selection within each station; Italian, Salad bar, Asian, American, Soups and Sweets!
The lunch was pretty good. I tried the baked whitefish, tossed salad, stuffed shell, charbroiled burger and stir fry broccolini. Burgers freshly made in front of you. Shells had a good tomato sauce on them. They have a good variety but I was trying to go the healthy route today. They had mac n cheese, fried chicken, corn bread, Asian noodles, general Taos chicken, egg rolls, ice creams, cakes, cookies and a lot more!
I have no complaints as their Wednesday lunch buffet is only $5.55 that includes a beverage! Service was streamlined and my server was very good at keeping refills up. Dining areas kept very clean too.
PS. Thursday lunch is only $7.77!!
Go early when they open 11:00am – line gets pretty long as the day progresses.

Went for a nice quiet lunch. What a joke! Almost everything breakfast! Salad area disgusting and spinach was spoiled- mushy-no pride. Then I was seated near salad area and had to listen to the staff arguing with each other. Buffet went downhill and disgusting!

If you have a player’s card they have a $7.77 special Wednesday buffet. This is by far the best food deal in the Cleveland metro area. The casino is in the former Higbee’s Department store, from the 1980’s movie Christmas Story. The city duplicated in Christmas Story was in northwest Indiana, but the movie was filmed in Cleveland, you can also tour the Christmas Story house.

Tables were dirty. Floors and buffet countertops had food splattered everywhere.
Quality of the food was poor worst experience. I have visited this restaurant over a dozen times. It just keeps getting worse.
Management is awful letting this decay.

Tried to attend the buffet around 4pm Sunday 12/7/2025 and there was one cashier who was slow as molasses and maybe 80-100 people in line. The cashier looked annoyed and apathetic, barely getting people through the line therefore I did not dine in because I was hungry and I wasn’t going to waste my time standing in that ridiculous line.
