We ordered sweet sour pork, orange chicken and king poa chicken. The pork and orange chicken had a disgusting taste as if the oil used was old. The kung pao chicken was burnt . The burnt smell lingered in my nose! Needless to say we could not eat any of the three meals and we wasted $50. When I called the restaurant they said we could get a free egg roll next time we came into eat. They also thought I was lying because no one else complained. . However they tried to call me three times After I said goodbye. We will never eat their food again. No I did not answer the calls because of how they treated me.

I’ve eaten at Sesame Grill in Steubenville a few different times, and I’ve always had a great experience! Service is always good, food is outstanding, and they give you very big portions. They didn’t have the actual hibachi tables open but we ordered off the menu and it was fabulous. I didn’t get it this time but typically we get sushi and it’s amazing as well. Would definitely recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for hibachi, sushi, and other Chinese food.

A small wait but the people are SUPER nice and are glad to make small talk while you wait. The food is also pretty good. Better than most Chinese places I’ve found in the area. It also has a nice vibe in it. It’s not to bright and not to dark. Just lit enough to give you a nice vibe so good place for date and stuff too.. So I would highly recommend it. Great restaurant. Five stars.

I have been going to sesame grill regularly for 6 years. And never have I had a bad experience until today. We ordered take out and my food was mush. I ordered honey chicken ! Any other time I get honey chicken it’s crunchy, and the sauce is thick, this is watery, mushy and falling apart. When I dumped it onto a plate it looked like it’s been sitting in water for hours. Highly disappointed and will probably never go back.

Always great service. My fiance and I always order sushi. Always tastes fresh and delicious. They do offer a variety of other asian delectibles. We’re full.

The response was very warm. I was shown my table . The lady who gave the menu expalined all the possible dishes since I being a vegeterian. The soup and salad were excellent. So was the main course.

Called to grab lunch because I was picking someone up there I didn’t have a menu in front of me and I have never eaten there.
I ordered a meal 3 orders spring rolls.
They shoved all spring rolls into one bag. Which is just ridiculous how much money are you saving on the two wax bags? That of course caused them to steam and be completely soggy… not that they would have been good regardless. They were nothing but dough, same with my friends egg roll.
I wouldn’t mind if I had stopped by a fast food Chinese.. all those things are frozen. Customers pretty much know what they’re getting. People act like this place is an authentic restaurant like Alice and Phil’s on 4th Street used to be. With the $35 price tag for the above, I thought so too. My honest opinion is Hong Kong Hollywood Plaza or even China Garden is WAY better. This lunch unfortunately went in the trash.
