Service was slow (or our waiter wasn’t great) it’s very cramped in the dining room and quite loud. The food came out at different times and not 5 mins after it was more like 15 where we were just sitting with one meal. They do have patio seating too. We ordered the garlic knot which was huge and had delicious flavor. The rigatoni vodka sauce was very good added chicken. The portion was on the smaller side but it was crunchy cutlet. Also had the burrata pizza – it was mediocre felt like there could be more prosciutto, on it. Overall decent place but not in a hurry to return

Food was great. My wife and I split a sausage with hot pepper pie, Caesar salad, and calamari. Each dish was excellent. Our server was terrific on a busy night. Some seating is a bit tight and the room can be a little loud, YMMV. We’ll definitely be returning for another excellent meal.

Very nice restaurant. The food was very good, service great,but way too loud. When you go there sit outside on the patio it won’t be so loud inside! you couldn’t talk to one another inside, even the waitress had a hard time talking and being heard.

Friday evening visit had us sitting at the bar which is perfectly charming thanks to the friendly and attentive bartenders. A very nice crowd assembled this evening for this newly minted venue in a small town that is absolutely starving for new dining options. There was definitely excitement in the air with a staff that was still finding their groove and customers anxious to welcome this new kid on the block.
The casual ambiance, traditional hand-crafted pasta dishes, and wood fired Neapolitan-style pizzas has Serratore’s firmly positioned as a trattoria. Bar service is top notch and offers various spritzers, wines, mixed drinks made with fresh herbs, and a selection of draft beers.
Starters on the menu include all the traditional favorites (salads, calamari, bruschetta). Six pre-selected pizzas are offered and if none of those tease your pallet you can opt to create your own.
As in Italy pasta here is king. Serratore’s makes theirs fresh so you simply must indulge. We were pleased that we did because the Piccata was molto bene and the Ravioli was meraviglioso. A plate of eggplant parmigiana that floated by had me second guessing my selection but no regrets—catch you next time EPP!
Food service was very quick and our food was delivered piping hot as evidence by the wisps of steam rising from the plates. 10 minutes later we were both members of the Clean Plate Club eagerly awaiting our affogatos.
The menu prices range from $3 (garlic knots) to $35 (Veal Scaloppine. High marks all around on this our first visit. Can’t wait to sample more from the menu on our next visit. Mangia!

The host greeted us with a warm welcome and sat us as quickly as possible. Our waitress Crystal provided superb service and recommendations! She had a wonderful disposition and suggested the best bottle of wine, starters, entrees & dessert on the menu.
The food surpassed my expectations! We had the fried calamari, ceasar salad, margareta pizza, chicken tuscana, & amaretto torte for dessert. The portion sizes were more than fair for the price.
This is our new favorite spot in Hillsborough. We will definitely be back soon!

We were at this restaurant last week. I celebrated my birthday with my family and a few friends, and I asked if it was possible to have a more intimate and quiet space. My request was fulfilled and we were offered a private room. We had a lovely evening: excellent pizza, outstanding food, impeccable service, not to mention the magnificent cocktails. We booked a private room for our staff Holiday party. The family style meal was absolutely delicious: from the salads and calamari to the pizzas and pastas. The service was excellent. I highly recommend for your next group gathering. I can’t wait to bring our family back here for the pizzas, too: the Margherita and the sausage+mushroom had superb flavor.
