Came at 10pm. Tried the all new Blackened Chicken Tacos with corn tortillas. So good. The Quesobirria stole the show though! The birria dip would make a napkin palatable. The quesadilla was so delicious. Definitely recommend!

Serrano Vista Cafe inside the Palms Casino in Las Vegas really stands out with their customer service and the food was good, too!

Our server (I believe her name was Michelle) was super upbeat, enthusiastic, and genuinely friendly – I loved her positive attitude!

Everyone from our party ordered a variety of items from Margarita Pizza (Flatbread), Chicken Wings, Salad, Pasta, etc.

The cafe itself isn’t too big but what stood out was the awesome service. At the end, we stopped to look at the desserts in the display case. Of course, we ordered some donuts, such as the Leche Flan and Ube donuts from Purple Potato. Really really good. The coffee, however, wasn’t as hot.

Overall, I wasn’t expecting much from a cafe other than to grab a bite but the service we received was excellent and it made for a very pleasant dining experience! I wouldn’t mind stopping by again the next time I’m at the Palms!

We ate here after getting back to the hotel after midnight. The place wasn’t very crowded so we were able to be seated right away. Walter was our waiter and he was just fantastic. Very attentive and polite. We ordered their $18 buffalo wings, which were really good and a $23 Wagyu burger that was well worth the price. The fries were a good addition. My wife loved that they left the entire pitcher of coffee. The menu is slightly different for late night, and they didn’t have the ability to make mixed drinks because there was no bartender. Wasn’t much of a big deal to me because we still really enjoyed the food. I ordered a Mango Cart beer which I was told was one of their best sellers, and it was good but I wouldn’t order it again. That’s just my personal taste. Overall I would definitely recommend this place

My wife and I were visiting the Palms Casino and Resort on 11 Apr 2025 for an event and while on the property, we entered into the dinner hours. We opted for Serrano Vista Café based on convenience because it was right there and it wasn’t crowded at all. When we walked in, we were greeted and immediately escorted to our table. I guess I should’ve said something right away but I was slightly appalled on the fact that they sat us down at the first table right when you walk in the dining area, instead of seating us at one of those open booths…especially when the restaurant only had five tables filled. But oh well, you snooze; you lose.

The menu was appealing and contained a wide variety of items, suitable enough to satisfy anyone’s craving…and yet small enough to not become overwhelmed with a thousand different options. We had a difficult time selecting our food since everything sounded good, but we ended up ordering the Chicken Wings (Buffalo Sauce), Clam Chowder, Indian Curry Chicken & Vegetables, Blackened Mahi-Mahi Tacos, and Grilled Ribeye Steak. Yes, I know that’s a lot of food for just two people but I wanted to try several different things. We received our soup first (as expected), and it was remarkable. Unfortunately, the wings (and tacos) didn’t arrive until after our main entrées did…after I reminded our server of those missing items. However, when they did arrive, they were outstanding! I was a little bummed that there were only two tacos (I was expecting three); but I suppose I could’ve asked in the beginning. Regardless, the tacos are worth getting – and I’m not even a fish taco type of guy. Surprisingly, the ribeye was delicious. I mean, let’s be real here…this isn’t a steakhouse so you have to manage expectations. With that, the steak temperature and seasoning were perfect. The curry was decent but I was disappointed with the flavor because on the menu, it specified, “Indian” curry; however, this entrée was more towards the “Japanese” style curry. Nonetheless, I love curry in general so we ate it the following day (had to take it home – it was too much food for that sitting).

The ambiance was tranquil and the décor was modern with a soft touch. The restaurant was very clean/organized and the chairs were surprisingly comfortable. The prices were very reasonable for the average customer (average meaning, not a competition eater). Also, I highly respect this business for their continued support to the men and women of the Armed Forces, including its Veterans – thank you for that! Aside from the slight hiccup in our order, the service provided by Shawn and the restaurant staff was adequate – I have no major complaints at all. In fact, I could go on and complain about the missing food items during our dining experience, but I won’t; instead, I will commend Shawn for acknowledging his mistake and resolving it in a quick manner, without having an attitude. Kudos to that employee.

Overall, I liked this restaurant (café) as depicted in my 4-star rating. It certainly wasn’t the best I’ve had in this city; however, it’s a good restaurant nonetheless. As a local, I don’t visit this property frequently, since there are several other options that are closer to my house. But chances are, I will visit this property again in the near future and potentially visit this restaurant once more to try their breakfast items. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.

We were on the hunt for a family-friendly spot and stumbled into this café, lured by its cozy vibe. First impression? The atmosphere had that warm, welcoming glow—but the staff? Cold as a slot machine on a losing streak (stay away from Keven).
The food came through, though—flavor-packed and satisfying, even if the chicken had a bit of a sour twist. Not a jackpot, but not a total bust either.

There wasn’t a long wait to get in but we needed up waiting over 45 minutes for our food after ordering it and then when we got our food the steaks were over cooked, the burger was way undercooked, and my chicken parmesan was severely undercooked where the chicken was completely pink. The food over all tasted ok but everything was not properly cooked. The restaurant did remake the chicken parm for me but it took another 30 minutes or so to get the second meal so I wasn’t able to eat until about an hour and a half after I sat down. On top of the food situation the service was not very good and we sat without refills on our drinks multiple times for long periods of time. Also when the bill came the server only took $10 for the inconvenience of the food because to do anything more he would “have to get a manager involved.” Overall, it was just a bad experience and a lord way to end our day

Went here last night and the food is delicious. What was lacking, however, was the service as it’s really hit or miss. Some of the servers and the one at the front can be very cold and unfriendly.

What was not cool was the server we had last night totally forgot my order! Everyone else got theirs but mine. What should be happening is that after the server takes our order it should be repeated back to the guests so everybody’s on the same page.

I thought, at first, that my order was taking longer than expected but only when a manager approached our table to check on us did I ask. Our server then had to do this dog and pony show (which I found insulting) to announce to our table, since we had a large party, that the plate was on one end of the table (as we had two similar meals but with different toppings), I just find it completely unacceptable to not take my concern seriously and have my plate completely left out.

My glass of water also wasnt refilled, what the heck is going on at this establishment?

This place needs to improve on their service… bigtime!

I highly suggest visiting for any meal.

Tonight, I ordered the steak special and it was prefect and delectable. My server, Kelsey, was prompt, courteous and very pleasant to visit with. If I could give her 5⭐️ for just being herself, I would!

Thank you Kelsey and Serrano Vista Cafe for a great meal and even better conversation!

No frills. Old school diner with quick service and solid food. The classic club was enough for 2 and a good sandwich. The salad and dressing were good as well. I would eat here again.

Was our first time at the Palms Hotel and we decided to have dinner here at the Serrano Cafe.. The Burger was really good, If you want any additions to the Burger it’s about $3 to $4 each for things like bacon or avocado to be added. I would not recommend the fries that come with the Burger, they were very thin and hard. There are other options besides the fries. I would highly recommend the steak with the chimichurri sauce. That steak was delicious.. The fries that come with it are really good, they are thick slices of potato. Over All the service was good and the restaurant is very clean because it’s new and there’s a large variety on the menu. Also everything was fairly priced.
