I went with my friends during their soft opening later in the evening when it wasn’t as busy. It was about a 15 minute wait for made-to-order souffle pancakes, which I think is reasonable. We got their signature and the oreo pancake, both were tasty. The signature had a delicate, clean, fruity flavor while the oreo was decadent and chocolatey. We also got a strawberry refresher, yuzu refresher, and a blueberry latte. All of the drinks were delicious, and I love that they used real fruit in them. It’s refreshing with no artificial flavor. I would come back again, but I do think it’s on the pricier side.

We saw they were doing a soft opening and decided to try the signature pancakes. They’re still ironing out a few kinks, but the pancakes were so good. The wait ended up being worth it, and they even gave us a complimentary cheesecake while we waited, also delicious. Definitely try the yuzu refresher too, it was really refreshing.

Tried the Cookies & Cream pancake at Fluffy Fluffy during their soft launch today. The pancake was incredibly soft and airy—just like the name says, super fluffy! The cookies & cream topping made it extra special and perfectly sweet. Excited to come back and try more flavors!

Had a lovely experience at around 5pm on Sunday! The servers were all very polite and did a great job with making sure my order was correct. The seats were comfy, the tables were all clean, and I was so happy to see they had all-gender restrooms with urinals as well as toilets!
Our drinks came out to us very quickly and our food was out not long after. I’m a bit of a slow eater, but all in all I could’ve walked in, ordered, eaten, and left in less than 20 minutes. This is quite impressive, especially when comparing to some other sit-down brunch options in the area.
My partner and I have been eyeing this place ever since we saw the sign and “coming soon” posters hung up, and our expectations were not just met, but exceeded!
The pancakes were indeed “fluffy fluffy” and delicious, the fruit was fresh and plated very cutely. The matcha latte that I ordered was strong, not too sweet, and even had a little heart drawn on the cup label!
We will definitely be some familiar faces for the lovely people working there and we cannot wait to see them grow.

I went to this soufflé place today. I’ve been there before and I really loved the atmosphere. The service was really, really great. The food here is top-notch. What made me really happy was their tiramisu pancake. It reminded me so much of the fluffy soufflé-style pancakes we have back home in Japan, so it felt really nostalgic for me.
Also, last time they gave out coupons, and we actually got to use one this time, which was really nice. Everything was great. For me, the most important thing is not just the food but also the atmosphere, and they really got it just right. The place feels warm and relaxing, and you can tell they really understand their customers.
I also want to give a big shout-out to the barista. She was really amazing. She was so kind and attentive. And the caramel latte was honestly the best. I will definitely be coming back again. ☕️ ✨

Little bites can be kind of pricey but left the little ones begging to come back. Lattes (both with and without expresso), Japanese-style fluffy pancakes (though the place is a Canadian franchise), and we had the matcha cheesecake. It was good.

As someone who has worked in an establishment similar to this one it is clear there is a severe issue with communication and management of the employees. Me and my boyfriend ordered two dishes, he got his within 20 minutes which is fine since we know they take a long time but I was sitting there waiting for what was nearly an hour until they told us that they needed to make a new batch. My boyfriend finished his food before I could even get my meal. To add insult to injury it seemed as if they forgot what I ordered and also waited until the very last moment to tell me that they were out of the ice cream that I ordered. (They didnt even know what flavors they had). Overall just from someone who has worked in a place like this before its clear that there simply isn’t enough communication between employees about upcoming orders and ingredients needed for them. The best we were offered was a 20% discount on our next order (if we spent above $25 which would basically mean we would HAVE to order two things). In an era of really good new local restaurants around park to shop this would unfortunately was one of the first disappointments.

The atmosphere is clean and a cute cafe vibe. The staff is very kind and energetic. One girl Brooke was very smiley and kind. The food took about 15 minutes, which makes sense considering they make the soufle pancakes fresh. TOTALLY worth the wait!! Pancakes are DELIGHTFUL.

First impressions are everything and Fluffy Pancakes barely bothered to give us a handshake.
I don’t normally go out of my way to write a review like this because I genuinely want to see local businesses win in our neighborhood. But it’s almost as if the owners started this business thinking it would be an easy “trendy” cash grab and then forgot they still needed to deliver a product + service to the costumer.
My wife and I were totally expecting there to be a wait when we got there. Because 1) we know they just opened and 2) these speciality pancake places have a reputation for taking a little longer to prep.
But it gets to a point where 80 minutes seems like a long enough time to wait for 2 orders, right? We didn’t even order drinks which we saw some people wait an hour for those.
The frustrating part was that there were other people behind us who were also waiting a long time and because they complained about the service, management almost prioritized them instead by getting their food out first (not to mention giving them complimentary cheesecake for the inconvenience – but not for everybody)
I wish this review could tell you more about how good the food was but we unfortunately we never made it that far. My hope is that I can come back to this review 6 months maybe a year from now and hear that this place has improved their operations.
