3/6/22 Delicious Salad and Pizza!
I forgot the name of the pizza but it had amazing chicken sausage on it. I had planned on taking a photo but we devoured the pizza too quickly. I did get a picture of my delicious arugula, pear salad. The greens were so fresh and crisp, the dressing was very light. It was wonderful. Probably the best arugula salad I’ve ever had!

When I arrived, I didn’t even need to call. I was a little early for my pick-up so I had planned on sitting in the car for a little while. A very nice man promptly came out to greet me and let me know that the pizza was running true to pick up time. He offered their special crushed red pepper flakes and told me about the process of making them. He told me about the quality of the sausage they use for the pizza as well. It was all simple and pleasant.

I had to try to it see if it was truly as good as my friend kept saying it was. It was fantastic. The crust was divine. Not a single morsel went to waste.

The pizza here is absolutely fantastic. The staff are extremely friendly, and the owner walked around ensuring that everyone’s food was to satisfaction, even going so far as to refill drinks. The decor is classy and the open atmosphere comfortable. There is also a nice, partially-enclosed outdoor seating area.

A bit of a wait is always expected when grabbing made-to-order brick oven pizza, so the 20 minutes we waited wasn’t too bad. The prices are about average for the area, but expect close to $25 for a more artisan 15″ pizza.

The clam chowder is also good, but note that it’s made with whole clams, shells and all. The dining area and restrooms were kept clean, which is always an appreciated touch. Overall, we would gladly eat here again and recommend Serious Pizza to almost anyone.

I am embarrassed to write this. Zero Stars. Serious pizza crimes have been committed. An absolute abomination. Worst $35 dollars I have ever tried to eat. Rubber miserableness that can’t be called dough, not pizza….again, not pizza. No oven. No dice. Can’t even assemble a proper Caesar salad, what the hell kind of gelatinous nonsense are you calling that dressing? Wow. Boycott this place. So brutal.

The vegan cheese was a melted watery slurry on top of a soggy crust. The edges were ok but the middle was a wet mess. It might be better to put the cheese on top of the veggies. IDK but won’t be getting that one again! In the past we have had amazing pizzas here (by the former owners) so we will be back to try again. I’m leaving a public comment because the pizza baker didn’t want to discuss the vegan pizza and walked off.

The pizza here is delicious! We ate before I could even take a photo (see the half eaten cheese bread). The pizza is super thin crust, and you can only order small or large, but I would definitely recommend stopping here. They also have a dog friendly patio!

I wanted to like this place, between the good reviews and the nice state of the store and the friendly employee I was hoping to come here regularly.

But unfortunately the food just is not up to par I got what was supposed to be a chicken alfredo pizza. However there does not appear to be any actual alfredo sauce on it or if there was it’s so little that I can’t find it even when lifting up the cheese, and I certainly can’t taste it. Which is unfortunate because I absolutely love Alfredo and the crust is very well cooked it’s a decent amount of cheese and the chicken is decently cooked maybe a little bit dry but not bad for pizza chicken.

But the complete lack of any sauce at all just makes the whole pizza dry and doesn’t have any of the Alfredo flavor I’m looking for in a chicken alfredo pizza. They’re also seems to be a lack of seasoning on the individual toppings which when paired with the lack of sauce leads to a bland Pizza despite being on what appears to be a pretty solid wellmade crust

It has been a while since I have eaten here and the last time was awesome. High prices even then, but still good. Tonight, not so much. The calzone I ordered was burnt and extremely dry. It was supposed to be a 3 cheese calzone and only had ricotta in it, at least what I could see and taste.
The dryness of the inside was like paste in your mouth. Very few ingredients were put in the inside.
When I pay over $15 for a calzone, that’s not a very big one mind you, I expect it to have more than just a few pieces of candaian bacon and mushrooms. I mean, come on. We are on the precipice of a Medieval, secular economy, meaning the common folk be broke and we are about to start foraging for food. Prices are too expensive as it is and when I want to take a night off from cooking, it sucks to pay so much for way less than par food. Sadly, I will not be coming back to this place. And of course, I ate what I could before waving the white flag because I’m hungry and spent the money on it. I’ll just make my own from now on, screw that misery.
