Got the chopped beef and it was like leather to chew. Baked beans was good. My wife got the loaded spud but was informed no sour cream. The brisket on the spud was like chewing leather. Went to the same location last week and they were out of spuds. You gonna charge that much your food needs to be a lot better. Looking at other reviews things there aren’t good. Will go to another location or go back to rib crib

Second time I’ve came in here and it’s been rude people I simply asked are yall open cause the sign isn’t on all I got was for (here or to go?) didn’t hear him welcome no one that came in Mac and cheese dry. This use to be the only Billy sims I would stop out very disappointed!

Every time we go there they are out of something. Last time it was spuds today no sour cream. The meat was really fatty. Probably won’t give them another try.

I’ve only done online orders and love me some Billy Sims. I am disappointed in their chili, as it taste like canned chili with brisket thrown in. At least get some chili like Wendy’s and throw some brisket in there. But their smoked meats have always been good, and green beans are delicious, and baked beans. Just the chili wasn’t great at all imo.

We’ve usually always had good service and food here. We ordered online tonight. My husband went to pick up. The baked potato we ordered had no sour cream, green onions or bbq sauce. I should have taken a picture. The slider we ordered and asked for sauce on had nothing. My husband said the 2 men working just stood there and stared at them. Didn’t say hello or anything. It’s a little bit of a drive for us to go to this one, we probably won’t be back.

Ordered from their website, however, by mistake it was ordered at the wrong location. I called to ask if it could still be canceled and re-ordered at a different location, and they laughed at me and told me it was already made. That’s fine, it’s my mistake, so I understand that, but there’s no need to laugh at the customer. Rude. I tipped on the order too. So I tipped to get laughed at. I definitely won’t ever go to their restaurant again.

We ordered via DoorDash. The food was delicious! We got the meal for 2-3 people. Catfish, pulled pork and chopped brisket were very good. Potato salad and fries were good also. The down side was for the three pieces of fish the condiment cup of tartar sauce wasn’t close to being full just enough for one and a half pieces of fish, it’s not something we keep at home. We also chose to get an extra side of Mac n cheese and the serving size seemed very small for the extra $4.

Went there at 4 pm and noticed the open sign off so tried to tell 2 young ladies their light was off. All they did was nod their head and be so rude. Couldn’t be nice enough to say hi can I help you? Nothing. I’ve been coming here for years and normally get good service. But today, their attitude made me walk right out and take my business elsewhere.
