Second time we have been to this restaurant. Food is delicious no doubt about it. But service on the other hand is another story. Both times I’ve ordered a second drink and both times the drink has been forgotten. Our server this night did not come back to check on our table grated it was very busy. I ended up asking a food runner for a second drink which I had to ask the original server if it was even put in the system. No apologies for the wait and no have a good evening when leaving. I won’t name drop the server but think that better training in the future could resolve issues like this in the future.

Sergio’s absolutely hit the spot! My family was in Richmond visiting friends and fam, and as the pizza lovers we’ve become, we had to check this place out. The Mozzarella logs? Insanely good. The pizza? Pure perfection…. especially the #DetroitStyle option. And that chocolate shake loaded with all kinds of goodness… holy cow. Can’t believe I’ve been coming to Richmond for years and this was my first time here. Definitely won’t be the last!

Went here at the recommendation of my coworkers. The bread was nice. I thought it could have used more butter, less cheese. The wings were good, well cooked, juicy. The Tortellini Milano, recommended by the GM, was excellent. I soaked up the remaining sauce with the bread. Also enjoyed the eggplant Parmesan and pasta salad. Definitely looking forward to returning.

Absolutely delicious! Pepperoni hot honey pizza and to die for mozzarella logs! Yum! I will say we ordered pick up over the phone and whoever took our order was very impatient. You could tell that they were super busy, when we arrived to pick up our order again again, everyone was super stressed out and the place was packed, which is a good sign. It means their food is good but expect to wait.

We are regulars here for lunch and we order their delicious pizzas from time to time as well. They offer daily soups, great apps like the meatballs, and we often get sandwiches or subs for lunch. They also have a good wine list, plus lots of beers and at least 1 cider on tap. (Please keep a Bold Rock cider for us non-beer drinkers ) Looking very festive for the holidays as well, so that’s fun! If you haven’t been here before, give this locally owned gem a try.

Loud and packed. Warm pizza at best. Not a cheap meal. I don’t know what the draw is. 1st time and probably the last. Mega pizza sucked that I got to go. No cheese on a cheese pizza. 34 dollars for the POS to.

I’ve had sergio’s so may times, a few misses but usually a hit on there part. We especially like the mango habanero wings (one time they came w all flats which was not requested) and most recently I had a salad that had a bug living in the lettuce. The salad sat in the fridge overnight & the bug still managed to live through that also. Other than those 2 scenarios they are usually good.

After seeing a video on social media, I knew I had to come try this place out! I did a pick up order via their website on a Friday night. I did arrive at the restaurant a little bit before my pick up time and it was pretty busy. However, the restaurant looks spacious and I did see that they have a whole bar as well as desserts near the pick up window. While waiting for my food, I was able to sit down at the bench that they use for awaiting parties (def good for groups).
We ordered the Renzo special pizza, mozzarella logs, and spinach & artichoke dip. Everything was perfectly hot once I arrived home. The pizza was amazing. I don’t think I’ve ever had a pizza with vodka sauce and I love vodka sauce pasta. I am a sausage girl … it’s my favorite pizza topping and when I tell you, the sausage alone has me ready to go back there to try something else. Also, my fiancé and I shared this pizza and we still had seconds the next day and the pizza reheated very well in the oven .The mozzarella logs were huge and very tasty. And I did love that the Spanish artichoke dip was topped with bacon. I don’t think I’d ever had that combination, but it made for a good one. I will say the dip is served with a bread so if you’re worried about eating a lot of bread, then maybe opt for another appetizer, but we had chips at home and it was perfect. All in all ease of ordering, Customer Service, value, and for sure food will have me visiting Sergio’s again!

I had a bite of my sisters pizza yesterday and it was so good. I order ordered today and mine was burnt sadly. Wings are also flavorless. I had high hopes but atleast It was fresh.
Update. Ate the rest of my food later and microwaved it. Ngl it was a 10/10 idk if the seasonings marinated or not. Its still burnt but doesn’t taste burnt now lol real good
