Amazing customer service. Food was great, salsa was a bit spicy but nothing I couldn’t handle. The food was fast after ordering, waiter/waitress kept following up on our service which is great. Be aware the grilled jalapeños are spicy. Drinks which I got a margarita was great. Prices are a bit steep but all in all good.

Service was excellent! Waiter was extremely friendly and attentive the entire meal – without being pesky. Food was delicious! I had the enchilada and tamale combo plate – my hubby had the enchilada, tamale and taco plate. Can’t say enough good things about all of it but those tamales? Sooooooo delicious! Fresh, hot and just the right amount of masa to meat ratio. Could have eaten a plate of just those! If you’re ever passing through Montrose – and are looking for a great place to eat – Mi Mexico is the place you’re looking for!

The atmosphere is charming, the service impeccable, and most importantly the food is fantastic. The restaurant was an enjoyable experience from the second we walked in. The smell in the air was delightful, best food experience we’ve had in a long time. Now one of my favorites!!

Their lunch specials are reasonably priced and generous portions! I loved the expresso burrito and took half of it home! The Chalupa is delicious, and their fajitas are top notch! Will definitely want to go back the next time I’m in Montrose.

Our dinner at home didn’t turn out so we made a last minute decision to come to Mi Mexico for dinner. We were sat at our table quickly and had drinks soon after. It took a while for me to find something because they have a huge menu. I had the Deluxe Burrito and my boyfriend had the Burrito Loco. They were both fresh, hot, and delicious. The mushroom salsa was good although a little spicy for me. We really enjoyed our visit.

We ordered vegetarian fajitas and it was tasty. We asked for less oil but it wasn’t catered. Salsa dip and chips were good too. It came with mashroom dip as well but we don’t eat mashroom so didn’t taste but it looked decent as well. Guacamole was ok ok.
