I purchase 3 Philly cheese steak and 2 slice pizza. They didn’t put the 2 slices when I pick it up. I had to go back and ask for the pizza. The lady who took my order ran out the door. Maybe she went on a break. The lady who is running everything had an attitude and didn’t believe me. Thank Goddess i ask for a receipt.
Poor customer service.

Absolutely fabulous pizza, many specialty pizzas by the pie or slice, friendly and outgoing staff

Extremely Disappointing Experience
I recently ordered from Sergio’s via UberEats and was extremely disappointed with my meal. I ordered two veggie slices of pizza, which were supposed to include eggplant, black olives, and garlic. However, the slices I received had none of these ingredients. The pizza was stale and cold, and even after reheating, the cheese wouldn’t melt.
I also ordered garlic Italian bread with mozzarella cheese, but what I received was far from what was advertised. Instead of Italian bread, it was a sub hero bread that looked like it came from Subway or a supermarket. The bread was stale, the cheese was clumpy, and it lacked any real garlic flavor. To make matters worse, the cheese just peeled right off like it was plastic. The picture on Uber Eats and their online menu was very misleading. I don’t even think it’s pictures of their food.
I can’t believe it took 50 minutes to prepare such a poor meal. Despite the Uber driver being only eight minutes away, everything arrived cold and unappetizing.
The Italian wedding soup I ordered was also a letdown. It came with another piece of the same sub bread and was cold and flavorless. The soup was fluorescent yellow, had no liquid, and when I placed my spoon in it, the soup stuck to the spoon. It had a weird consistency and chemical flavor. I can’t believe it took 50 minutes to prepare such a poor meal. Despite the UberEats driver being only eight minutes away, everything arrived cold and unappetizing.
Overall, this was one of the worst meals I’ve ever had. Thankfully, Uber Eats refunded my entire order after seeing the pictures I sent. I rarely write bad reviews, but this experience was so bad that I felt compelled to share.
You should not be In the Italian restaurant business, if you can’t even buy Italian bread or garlic to put on your items. It’s sad that you don’t value your customers enough to even give them hot food. I truly believe that all the photos that are from the restaurant are not their items. Thanks to Uber Eats representatives agreeing with me. I don’t feel bad that I threw an entire meal because I got my money back! I wouldn’t even leave it for the raccoons to eat. If you want real Italian food or just a good slice of pizza and some garlic bread, go to Uncle Joe’s, Gino’s or Mama Lisa’s. Now I know why Sergio’s is offering BOGO on their hero’s. They can’t get rid of their food at full price.

I came in during lunch time and I was trying to pick up food for my co-workers and I. I ordered a head and they did take a few minutes more which isn’t the biggest problem. The main problem that I have with them is that they are very pricey and I can get similar tasting food for less. The other thing that was a major problem as well, is that they had a sign that if you bought one pie you can get the other pie for 50% off through Uber eats. The sign also said that if you already ordered it’s not too late to get that discount. When I asked the cashier about getting that discount because the sign said that I can still get it even if I was in store they didn’t want to give me the discount. So I paid what I needed to pay and left with my food. I don’t plan on going back, because of the service and because I can get better tasting food for a lower price.

Good food, great workers. I usually would get it through to good to go but the last few times they’ve been incredibly stingy to the point it isn’t worth the money

Sergio’s went above and beyond (literally out of their delivery zone) just so my boys would eat from their “,FAVORITE PIZZA PLACE”. Thank you so very much
Cheers

Not sure how you can screw up hot bread, cheese and sauce but my god would you be surprised. Food was cold, toppings undercooked (meat) which is inedible. Definitely a waste of 80 dollars. Either start caring about your job, or find a new one.

Our favorite place to come when we are up from Florida. I dream about the chicken parm! So amazing. Today I tried the new hot honey pepperoni slice and it was amazing. The best!

Best thin crust pizza in existence. I knew and miss the original Sergio so I’m happy to see his legacy continuing on! He would be proud.

I went there and ordered four slices which were came to over $20 which was ridiculous. I told them to make it extra hot and when they took it out the oven, it was still cold. Cheese was not even melted. The workers there were not friendly. it should not be working in customer service when they’re dealing with people I asked for a regular slice for two of them. They said they didn’t have no regular sliced pizza made yet they just took out a fresh one so I asked They said because it’s gonna have pepperoni on it so why can’t you just take two slices out of it? The pizza was nasty. Customer service was nasty. I actually wasted my money $20 is not a lot but when you’re paying for nasty food, it is, I will never eat there again. This is the worst spot in Riverhead.
